Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As I mentioned, while the business owner responded in part to the issues originally outlined in the complaint, he did not answer the most salient point of my concern as expressed in the original complaintTo wit, this company seems to never answer their phone calls, never follows up on voice mails left with them, and never replies to emails sent to them asking about the status of an order.The company representative responded to my complaint by referencing only the first of two orders that were placed with their organization some months agoIn that particular instance, I was able to get someone to answer the phone and the order was processed successfullyMy Customer, the end-user, was happy with the product and I calmed downA second order was placed several weeks later for a similar product that the company represented to be able to deliver, but was never addressed in their response to the complaint I lodgedI tried repeatedly (at least several dozen times) to contact them by phone and email to ask about the status of that order, but never received any acknowledgement whatsoever from the company that they had received my inquiries, much less the order in questionIt is that point that caused me to lodge the complaint - not the status of any previous or existing order.The second order was ultimately cancelled and my Customer refunded the money they spent on a product that was never deliveredThat point is moot as far as I am concernedThe focus of my complaint, as I explained to you, is that this company represents to be in business with a business address, a booth in the AmericasMart in Atlanta, a business phone and business email addressHowever, it is for all intents and purposes, impossible to get in touch with them through those methodsTHAT is the focus of my concern - not the status of any specific order or orders long since passed into history.When a company or organization represents that they are available to answer questions or concerns by publishing a phone number and/or email address, they should actually be available through those methods to field Customer inquiriesIf they never answer their phone call or messages left on voicemail, if they never respond to email - what good are any of those resources for contact? It is extremely poor Customer service to not answer your phone, voicemail or email inquiriesThe company never addressed that main point of my complaintIn fact, they never even acknowledged my assertion that they were derelict in responding to Customer inquiries, choosing, instead to deflect the complaint by claiming that the one and only order that they were apparently aware of was resolved successfullyIf he or his associates had taken the time to answer their phone messages or emails, they would be aware that there was another order involved - something that was never addressed and of which they were apparently ignorant.Both Primrose UK (the reseller of Pomegranate Solutions, LLC products) and myself have severed our ties with this organization and will no longer do business with them due to their lack of Customer ServiceThey may have fine products for sale, but they never answer their phone calls or messages sent via email, so my original complaint stands unaddressed.Thank you for your consideration of my responseI will consider this case as closed as far as my personal involvement, but I want to submit this response for the record as a warning to anyone who might encounter similar lack of communication from this organization.Sincerely, [redacted] Owner/Operator

I’m not sure why this guy is still complaining. I sent the product to his customer, and as you see in the email chain below, I’ve sent him the tracking information for the shipment twice. I also tracked the shipment, and it definitely was received by his customer. Please let me know if...
