RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Regards, [redacted] To whom it may concern I have looked over the complaint and the only thing that is correct is what I was charged with and where I agreed to the lesser charge and that was the three days, mad classes and probation but this was never discuss with me until we were at court they advised him what they were going to except. He didn't do anything on my behalf but reschedule my court dates and I was charged every time 20$ and it was paid by me. I know some one who was charged with [redacted] was over the legal limit and walked in court with no lawyer and got the same thing 3days and probation and that's was with no lawyer. At the end of the day I know this is not going to change anything but I would think twice about doing business with this company because there out to get your money and you will still lose. So I just want other people to be aware and also they not with the BBB and that says a lot. All legit company's that have great ratings should be with the BBB. If I can help someone keep there money and not be scammed by this company I will sleep a lot better. I should have investigated this company but they were referred so I thought I was in good hands but I wasn't I got scammed. Lawyer's will say anything to get your money and once there paid your case can go in any direction at the end of day. what the courts are going to charge you with there is nothing the lawyer can do but relay what they say and see what you want to do period. Just beware

Revdex.com 2800 Euclid Avenue, 4th Floor Cleveland, Ohio 44115 RE: Complaint ID [redacted]
To Whom It May Concern:
I have practiced criminal defense law for over twenty eight (28) years, am a former...

prosecuting attorney, the former President of the Cuyahoga County Defense Lawyer Association, former Vice President of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, and former member of the Certified Grievance Committee at the Cuyahoga County Bar Association for over ten (10) years. The majority of any practice is in criminal defense. I am outraged that Ms. [redacted] would call me a fraud (a defamatory allegation) in her Complaint to the Revdex.com. I will attempt to outline the facts of the matter without disclosing privileged communication between my former client and myself.
On or about August 6, 2014, Ms. [redacted] retained my law firm to represent her in an [redacted] case ([redacted]) for r[redacted] to take [redacted] test, which is a first degree misdemeanor (M-1) punishable by penalty up to a $1,000.00 fine and up to 180 days in jail and with a headlight violation (M-1).
On August 6, 2014 I entered a Plea of Not Guilty on behalf of Ms. [redacted]. I filed a Demand for Discovery (all evidence to be used in the case). I interviewed the client comparing her recollection of the events against the Discovery provided by the Prosecuting attorney, [redacted]. I reviewed all police reports and 5 DVD's of the arrest of Ms. [redacted] (5 different police officers were wearing body cameras). I kept Ms. [redacted] informed of all of her Pre-trials scheduled in the [redacted] Municipal Court. I filed a Motion to Continue one of the periods at Ms. [redacted]' request ($20.00 of Court fees NOT reimbursed by Ms. [redacted]). I had multiple discussions with Prosecutor [redacted] seeking possible resolution of Ms. [redacted] case.
STATEMENT OF CASE
On or about August 2, 2014, Ms. [redacted] was pulled over at approximately 3:10 a.m. for driving without her headlights on. When asked for her driver's license, she handed the officer five (5) [redacted]s. She [redacted], and her eyes were watery. Ms. [redacted] was [redacted]. Her [redacted] was [redacted]. When allowed to again provide the officer with her driver's license, she provided another [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] was administered [redacted], which are recognized by The National Traffic Safety Control Act (NTSA):
I. [redacted]
She [redacted]
I was provided the following discovery items by the [redacted] Prosecutor, which I reviewed in detail:
1) DVD-video of the incident. (5 disc).2) The offense/incident report. (10 pages) 3) [redacted] 4) Interview of Defendant 5) [redacted] 6) [redacted] 7) [redacted]
After a review of all the above referenced evidence, I had a conversation with Ms. [redacted] during which I explained the law and the evidence against her. It was her decision to enter a plea of no contest to [redacted] with the headlight charge dismissed.
It was Ms. [redacted]' decision to plead no contest rather than take the matter to Trial. I was ready, willing, and able to try the case, if that was her decision. Ms. [redacted] decided to plead no contest to [redacted]. She was sentenced to a low tier [redacted] with three (3) days in alternative jail program (no jail); $600.00 fine and three (3) years of probation.
As an experienced attorney, I usually charge between $250.00-$300.00 per hour for my time. I spent at least fifteen (15) hours on this matter, and only charged the client a flat fee of $1,500.00.
She was a very difficult client, but I thoroughly reviewed with her all the evidence against her as well as the law, and she decided against taking the matter to Trial. My representation of her was beyond reproach throughout, and my fee was reasonable. Obviously, if her claim is published in any manner, the entity doing so would expose itself to liability for defamation. Please let me know how the Revdex.com will respond to this spurious complaint.
Very truly yours,
Fred C. C[redacted]
