As
part of the installation contract, the customer was due two inspections after
the year installation anniversary. Our
procedures were not followed when her calls to arrange the first appointment
were directed to voice mail rather than scheduled. The appropriate management
personnel are
reviewing proper call handling procedures with staff. In the meantime, the customer has been
contacted and her first system inspection is scheduled for the first week in
June. We appreciate that this was
brought to our attention and the opportunity to correct the situation

Our installation manager made contact on August 5 with [redacted]. The matter was to be resolved on the 12th of the month. I am reaching out to the installation manager this am to confirm that everything has been taken care of to the customers satisfaction. I will let you know as well.

[redacted] i did review the comments or the response of the company about my complaint.I found it very difficult to understand why an official representative of a company could provide inaccurate information about a simple case for few hundreds dollars.I would like to request a full disclosure or any documents or policy which clearly describe the warranty about their services. The technician told me the warranty is 30 days.  In addition, the second call was made for the same issue based  on the  30 days  warranty. The comments about large amount of greases were severely exaggerated because we do not have a reqtaurant.

I'm sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction regarding not offering a guarantee and warranty for a clogged drain. We were called to the property on two (2) separate occasions to clear the kitchen drain. The first call was to remove a large amount of grease. The plumber cleared the drain and tested it...

for proper drainage. At that time you were advised about proper disposal of grease. Approximately 15 days later we were called back because the drain clogged again. The plumber cleared 35 feet of the kitchen drain, removed rice from the drain, and tested the line to make sure it was clear before he left. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the $292. A clogged drain is something we can't guarantee won't happen again.On both calls it was recommended to upgrade the garbage disposal.
