I wanted to tell you both what a wonderful time we had at Pomme on Saturday for lunchThe menu was very enticing and we will be returning to try other items! The food was excellent and I felt as though I was in a french countryside cafe

Pomme was a delightful surprise for our party of for dinner It is quaint, well decorated, family operated restaurant The service could not have been better and we met three members of the family plus the chefThe appetizers were great- especially the smoked trout, crab meat with apples, & musselsWe enjoyed the veal, scallops, and filet The sauces were incredible and we soaked them up with the french breadThe portions were generousNot much choice in sides but we never got around to much of those anywayThe presentation and decoration of the plates were a work of art so well done that I had to take a picture The wine is strictly French and I enjoyed the Cab Sav mostWe have already recommended this place to friends and will visit soon even though it's an hour away from where we live in the mountainsThis place exceeds any French restaurant in the DC area and I've tried them allJacques B***

Pomme was a delightful surprise for our party of 4 for dinner. It is quaint, well decorated, family operated restaurant. The service could not have been better and we met three members of the family plus the chef. The appetizers were great- especially the smoked trout, crab meat with apples, & mussels. We enjoyed the veal, scallops, and filet. The sauces were incredible and we soaked them up with the french bread. The portions were generous. Not much choice in sides but we never got around to much of those anyway. The presentation and decoration of the plates were a work of art so well done that I had to take a picture. The wine is strictly French and I enjoyed the Cab Sav most.
We have already recommended this place to friends and will visit soon even though it's an hour away from where we live in the mountains.
This place exceeds any French restaurant in the DC area and I've tried them all.
