I was visiting Los Angeles and shopping there can become a very overwhelming experienceI was approached by two saleswomen at Forever Flawless in Santa MonicaFrom the word go, they listened to my skin concerns, my worries and we discussed in depth the products I am currently using and why I am not getting the results I wantAfter they performed a demo on me I immediately saw the effectI was truly blown away by their patience, assistance and considerationThey made me realize the importance of what I am putting into my skin I can safely say that months later I am so content.Thank you guys for introducing me to this amazing skin care collection
I had previously filed a complaint on this company related to their deceptive sales tactics and am very pleased to report that their after-sale customer service was very goodI was able to work with an associate and work out a return and refund that was agreeable to both of usI would consider this issue resolved
