My son has been going to aquatots since he was 1yrAugust he was awarded a certificate of successfully completing level and was promoted to levelWe discontinued swimming 31st august(due to cold weather) at level and then resumed back March 13th at level He goes every Saturday since then at level We often get good remarks how well he is doing in some techniques and a feedback on what to work on moreGenerally good feedback was moreOn July his temporary coach michelle says "I don't know who promoted him to level , he should have been still in level as till he masters the things in level he cannot perform well in level Then another master coach tells me that he has to go back to level I tell her that I was told he was doing well by his last coach (he has had coaches changed during these months by aquatots) and also several other coaches he had a lesson withBut the master coach begins to talk bad about all the coaches and says that my son has
Front desk staff is careless, UN-professional, they will change your class and instructor without prior noticeThey charged my credit card without permission, I am on a month to month class and they had saved my CC to be charge automaticallyA lot of the instructors lack passion and will really not teach the kids much, they will play around or spend half of the class talking to other instructorsI found an instructor that I really like but since they are constantly switching us from him to others then is hard for him to be consistent and for my daughter to really learnPlease read all the review on yelp before signing up
