I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I received the head cover yesterday, April 18, Just disappointed it took so long and required filing a complaint to Revdex.com before it got resolvedThe real problem was a lack of communication and response by the managerThree months was way too long for a business to respond and complete and resolve the issue

I contacted Mr *** this morning by phone and apologized for any inconvenience we may have causedWe are sending him a brand new TaylorMade Mhead cover to replace the blemished head cover Mr *** currently has (*** tracking # is *** for head cover)

Review: Took this company over 2 weeks to order & install a pond fountain. After 33 days, they finally came out to install the pond fountain but did not have enough cable to center the fountain in the pond. Claimed we measured incorrectly but they don't even carry extra wire on hand in case of this issue nor do they instruct on how to measure. They also neglected to inform us that you must allow for 30 extra feet of cable for the cable to go across the bottom of the pond to the fountain itself. In addition, they do not bury the cable and the hookup box they installed was barely hanging on the wall with one flimsy screw. I agreed to pay the additional cost($199 less a $20 credit for an overcharge due to their own math error) for the extra wire to have the fountain centered & for them come back to splice it but they expect payment upfront before returning. Even after I've already paid the initial 65% deposit & the remaining amount paid in full they still want 100% of money upfront. Now, after another 17 days since I agreed to pay the additional cost & have them return to complete the job, I have not heard anything from them. I have just requested for them NOT to bother coming back out to complete the job and asked them to mail my $20 refund for they amount they overcharged. Still awaiting their response.Desired Settlement: Refund my $20 overcharge and be done with them, Extremely dissatisfied with customer service. I also suggested in an effort to improve his customer service he should add on the estimates that the price does not include burying the cable & to give some sort of measuring instructions for this installation cable.
