Generally, I'd say this is a friendly business with semi-reasonable policies However, they do have one policy which, in my mind, borders on advertising Read the return policy carefully, and you will discover that they will deduct their pre-paid shipping cost from your refund when an item was purchased with "free shipping" While this makes sense from a business standpoint (no one wants to lose money, after all), it is hardly without guile To the consumer, the beauty of buying a product offering free shipping is that if you decide to return it, you're only out the cost of your own shipping for the return You're not out the cost of the original shipping because that was FREE If the cost of the original shipping is deducted from your refund upon return, then it wasn't really "free shipping", was it?

We hired Joshua B[redacted] from Pond Tech Ltd to fix our pond that was leaking and then to install a fountain. We spent over 10,000.00 with his company. From the very beginning he would not show up or call when he was supposed to. We finally got the pond dug out and then had to wait quite some time for it to fill. When the pond finally filled we realized it still had a leak in it. Josh came and looked at it once, but did no work to try and fix the leak and stand by his guarantee. During this time, we asked him numerous times to please bring our fountain to us. At this time, we did not trust him and wanted our fountain which we had paid for. He came up with every reason under the sun why he could not bring it to us. He is not returning phone calls at this time. He is a liar and a thief and I would never hire this company to do anything for you. Buyer Beware!! We will be taking him to small claims court to try and recover our money from the fountain at least.
