Hi , this job has been completed, the complaints are, I would say not even valid due to the amount of rain that we have received I have not spoken to *** once. I never even met her, I dealt with ***, her husband. I have told *** multiple times that because of the amount of
rain, we're dealing with topsoil and it's a minute drive to get out there, that I would get out there when I was able to get out thereIn the contract which I will send, it was stipulated that the side was around the pool, not the entire backyardThe rocks removed on the town property was fixed the side was installed and I received a check from ***I do agree it was not a job that I'm completely satisfied with because we had to come out multiple times to town property because *** had said the ground was not wetWhen I began moving topsoil with my bobcat there were massive trenches, as one could imagineI was told that it was OK to come outBecause of the distance I'm not able to go all the way down there just to see if it is OK to work when the job has been completedAgain this whole spring has been very difficult for all of our landscaping companies here in western New York due to the rainWe have had more rain in the spring then any other spring in the history of Buffalo that is a fact it's on record
