Ponderosa Car Wash/Arneill Chevron Car Wash

I am rejecting this response because:
First off my complaint number is against Ponderosa car washI don't see how to reply to the messages you send somebodyLike
me, I could not find a way of replying so it is why I came back at a later time to see what I can doFIRST OFF they are full of ***, their employees carry buckets with stuff IN THEM and car wash hardware inside of it which can get heavy and if you should place it on top of a brake light lens you can easily crack it just like they didMY CAR WAS NOT DAMAGED BEFORE THE CAR WASH, they are just passing the buckThey have spray bottles and there are hoses that they use for waxing and applying certain things to the car which can easily scratch a car and certainly crack a lens of a brake lightEspecially how the Cadillac DTS is with its brake light lens sitting on top of the trunkThey place their wash buckets or some of the devices they use onto that Lens and they will certainly crack itIt is OBVIOUS TO ME THEY ARE BLOWING SMOKE AT YOU BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS.

Hello All,
The name of Ponedrosa car wash has been changed to Arneill Chevron Car wash . 
The employees don't [redacted] any plastic buckets they carry plastic trays in which they have plastic bottles and cleaning material for cars which can not damage any car.
The last thing we have cameras all around and why  didn't you bring this one in notice of the manager on that day before taking the delivery, all the waxes are there are coming out from Arches   there is no metal thing involved
which will damage your car .
I  hope you will satisfied with our reply and once I want to let you know that we are 100% Hand car wash we don't use any metal thing which will break your lights.

Review: I am writing you to inform you of a business that should not be operating or at least be made to pay for the damage they cause by their employees neglect. I had a bad feeling with giving these people another chance after messing up my minivan but I figured it was quite a few years back that maybe they have new and responsible people working there but unfortunately I found that they dont.About five or six years ago I brought my Minivan to the Arneill Chevron Car Wash and Detailing business. While yes the minivan came out clean but it wasnt until a few hours later I noticed my rear passenger side brake light lens was badly cracked. I was totally disappointed at the business but decided that it wasnt worth the trouble.Well here we are in 2014 and since having friends coming over to visit I thought how nice it would be to clean my new car, A Cadillac DTS. I happen to be right by the same detail business that cracked the Lens cover on my minivan and they were having a wash and wax special. I was hesitant but I used the logic that if they are still in business well maybe their employees became more responsible. Well I WAS WRONG. I went in and had my car washed and waxed. It looked beautiful, so I drove my car home and parked it in my driveway. Where it stayed because my visiting friends wanted to use the rental car they had. It was about five to six hours later with my car still in the driveway where it was SAFE, my friends arrived and immediately wanted to see my car. WOW was I totally sadden to see that this same place once again did it to me. They had scratched the paint on the drivers side rear bumper. Then I noticed something even worse and unbelievable. Well the Cadillac DTS has a brake light (LED) that goes across the entire trunk and they managed to crack the lens on the large brake light. I have to do something about possibly sealing it before it gets worse and also allows any moisture in. I dont think I have to tell you how much that lens cover must cost because we know it will be expensive to replace. I went back to the detail shop that following Monday because the weekends are crazy there. I talked with the Manager who told me his name was Ever (not sure of the spelling but its what it sounded like). The manager said they had cameras and he would go and view the video and get back with me. Well I gave him all the information on which car to look for and my contact info. Well no surprise I never heard back from him. I re-visited the shop and they said that he is not here today. Yea right I could swear I saw him go into the mens room which is a solo bathroom so he can just lock the door. But I wasnt going to follow him into the bathroom. I figured that if they want to play games and ignore me that it may be time to file a complaint against them. Quite honestly I am not so worried about the two paint chips they caused as much as the cracked Lens cover because over time it is just going to get worse. I would like for them to be responsible for their actions and FIX IT.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to replace the brake light lens on my Cadillac DTS because they are the ones who cracked it. The two paint chips on the drivers side rear bumper can use some replacement paint. It is the large brake light Lens that the Cadillac DTS is what I am more concerned about because it is expensive and I did not crack it. It was perfect before they put their hands on it!!
