Ponderosa Hotel/Casino

This as the worst hotel I've ever stayed in It was not clean, there were cockroachs,parts of cabinets missing,spray paint on walls,hasn't had new carpet in over 10yr or paint, 3way lamp with 1 bulb in it,sink leaked had to have bucket underneath to catch water, bathtub was broke had to hold down handle to drain water, tub leaked out in to carpet broken TV in closet, other 2 was on dressers, unstable table, headboard fell off wall and was never put back up I paid for a week stayed one night I refused to have my 3yr old in those condition I asked to just pay for the night and get the rest of my mobey back they refused my request and I yet have been able to talk to manager.Desired SettlementThey need to have health inspectors or who ever goes and check places to see if they are safe clean and everything works properly All appliances are all in working condition. Me personally think this place needs to be shut down, its beyond dirty I think I should be refunded my full amount
