Ponderosa Pines Property Clearing Service is a gem in the rocky mountains, a true find. There is no job too large or too small, or too nasty. -- took a 35 year old townhome in dire need of attention. It was very neglected, particularly in unused areas. The home had previous penetration by varmints including spiders and mice. Inclusive of the outside landscaping which was cleared of overgrown ivy, -- attacked the inside in some of the nastiest cleanup imaginable. And, oh, did I mention she removed all the old nasty carpets and pad at much less cost than Lowe's bid. And let me not forget the wallpaper tearout and prep for painting to the satisfaction of my picky painting subcontractor . Ponderosa Pines' service is very diversified.
But -- is so much more than a property clearing service. Her experience in remodeling and construction allowed me to utilize her very talented contacts for some of my own reconstruction efforts, including painting, electrical, and other trades. She has a fine eye for interior design. But most importantly, because I was an absentee owner, I used her as my on site project manager and she performed admirably. She was able to coordinate all contractors and scheduling in cooperation with a very picky, detailed client (me) and she did it all at a very reasonable cost.
