Lack of refund per contractual agreement of $240 [redacted]/Ponderosa Property Management provided snow blowing services for 2014/2015 winter at our home at [redacted] with 400 deposit in fall 2014. Did not refund owned monies of $240 of services not rendered, has not returned multiple telephone calls to him and assistant since November 2014 when house was sold. Preparing file claim in small claims court, [redacted] and report business fraud. The [redacted] agreement is consistent. This agreement has been favorably received by every party for whom our services are provided. I do recall one conversation related to the sale of his home but I do not recall any closing sale specifics nor have there been numerous attempts to contact me as my business phone is linked to my personal cell phone for after hours response and there have been no more than the original contact requesting clarification of the refund possibilities. I have no contact information nor do I have a written request for refund; something that would prompt me to review our records for credit balance information. It is unfortunate that [redacted] felt the need to resort to this level of communication in order to resolve a $240 refund when I have a fully staffed office and am personally available 7 days a week via phone. In fact, as I now reflect on this account and [redacted], I received a number of calls during the limited 2014/2015 snow season requesting special service response times; I answered the phone and we responded so to suggest that numerous attempts to contact me have gone unanswered is totally falseWhat motivates someone to tarnish an impeccable record with the Revdex.com is beyond me. In keeping with original agreement, I will research my records to verify the credit balance of record and provide [redacted] with a refund of the balance due. In order to complete this little issue [redacted] must submit and retraction to the Revdex.com stating that this has been resolve and sign a release indicating the termination of the contract. I do not want [redacted] to be a "Skeleton in my closet" in future years.I will have a check prepared and a release available for signature by the end of the day.June 15, 2015[redacted]Final Business Response I am in receipt of this complaint and I find it rather unfortunate that [redacted] deemed it necessary to tarnish what has been for many years a record of impeccable service to our community.I remember this case very well because we had a discussion concerning the potential sale of his home would a credit balance be reimbursed to which I responded favorably. Interestingly, [redacted] was able to contact me for special service requests and to determine the flexibility of the program such as the refund but not since then have I heard from him nor have I received until now a request for a refund. The remaining funds for all accounts remain as a credit balance and are normally used as a deposit during the next snow season or against maintenance work done throughout the year. Now with this exception, we have developed a snow removal customer base of 140 accounts where we started with less than 30.Our form of contract with credit balances have been extremely well received and practiced by no other in [redacted].In this case the numbers presented are inaccurate. With dates and copies of invoices at my disposal I show a credit balance of $200, not $240. I am prepared to reimburse [redacted] the $200 credit only if he signs the release I have prepared and is now waiting in my office.I am saddened by this behavior as I have made myself accessible to each and every person we have encountered in our many years of service to our community and never once has my integrity nor that of my family been challenged and we have four (4) family businesses in [redacted]- Owner Ponderosa Property Maintenance
