are three foldFirst, Mr*** and Ms*** smoke in the apartment they are renting, smoking in the unit is expressed prohibited inside of the unitWe do have other tenants that are smokers, however, to our knowledge they do not smoke inside of their unitsSecond, Mr*** and Ms*** have on many occasions screamed obscenities at other tenantsIn a recent incident Ms*** screamed at another tenant so loudly that a tenant in a different building came to the window to see what was happeningFinally, Mr*** and Ms*** have repeatedly blocked the walkway in front of their apartment, which we believe is a safety hazard. In response to the claim that we have not provided a complaint against the tenants, this is trueWe do not provide direct complaints to tenants against other tenants for the simple fact that we do not want either side of a complaint seeking retribution. In response to the claim that we have lied to other rental agencies regarding Mr*** and M***, this is falseAs of the writing of this letter, we have not been contacted by any other agency or individual regarding Mr*** and Ms***. Prior to our receipt of your letter we had no knowledge of the possibility of mold in the unit in questionThe possibility of mold in the unit is a large concern and will be addressed immediatelyWe will be contracting with *** *** ***, as they are certified in mold removal and restoration. I am rejecting this response because:
Lies, Lies, Lies. Any pictures? Any affidavits? And today a man named *** from *** *** *** called and demanded to get in the house to check the moldI told him we are getting thrown out because of mold complaints, and now you want to come into our house we've lived in years when we're in the middle of moving?! NO, you need to wait until we're out. You can't even walk through our little apartment because there are boxes and stuff everywhere. No one cared when we complained more than years ago, and now you want in after you've ruined our lives and kicked us out?! You're not going to fix this NOW, so the owner's year old father can move in (that's what we've heard, and he HAS been hanging around walking around our unit). Read the complaints about Ponderosa and Seth S***, and this is exactly what they do to EVERYONE.
