called with status updates. Unfortunately, your glasses had to be sent to your insurance lab to be made and we are not able to control when they come in. When we called the lab to get a ship date we were told they would be here in two business days, they were here in three business days. We have issued a full refund and consider the matter to be resolved.

I was told that the frames were on back order, then no communication until I followed up. Was told told two days and then again no communication until I followed up one week later, to find out that they were in, which was after refund was supposed to be sent, then it took another week for the refund, which I had to get the insurance involved to receive. Customer service at it's finest!!!!
