Review: I purchased a [redacted] at the [redacted] in September for a Christmas present for my grandson. He opened it but never got to use it as there was a defective control on the item. I have tried to contact them by phone several times and at first right after Christmas the phone would ring several times but nobody picked up. Now when I try I get a message that the number is not an operating number. I have found no e-mail address to be able to contact them. This is exasperating as my grandson was so excited. I paid $62.69 for it and it isn't even usable. This is very frustrating as there is a warranty attached to the receipt stating that its warrantied against any manufacturer's defects and guaranteed to operate as designed/demonstrated out of the box. This includes any issues with electronics, motors, batteries, remote, ets. What good is it when they won't even answer a phone!

[redacted]Desired Settlement: A refund would be nice. I would have said replacement but since it is so hard to deal with them if they replaced it and another part was defective then I would have the same problem.

Review: Yesterday, at the [redacted] Fair, purchased a UFO Induction. Salesman claimed that he was the designer of this product and that he had previously bee on on Season 1, episode 3 of Shark Tank with a different successful product. This product is new and he was trying to launch it on his own, since he never one on Shark Tank. The product seemed cute enough and in the spirit of helping an entrepreneur, we purchased one. A foreign exchange student with us, purchased one as well. We returned home and the product is defective and does not work. I attempted to call the number on the receipt ###-###-#### and the number is not in service. This merchandise was $24.00. I further tried to locate the person that sold us the product as the "designer of same" and was unable to locate him. What I did locate was that the UFO Induction is not this man's design and has been on the market for quite some time. I also went to Season 1, episode 3 of Shark Tank and this man was not on this show at all. We were scammed. I'd be happy to simply exchange the product. However, I cannot due even this, as the contact method for these individuals is not correctly recorded on the receipt.Desired Settlement: Either a refund or replacement of the product.
