Response: I was contacted by Mr [redacted] regarding his duct work, I spoke to the technician when he returned to work after the weekendThe technician explained to me the duct was already loose and he told the customer prior to cleaningOur system is very safe and would not cause damage to anyones ductwork and has not since The technician did try to reach Mr [redacted] but was unable to get an answer on a couple of calls , we assumed the problem was resolved since we did not hear from anyone, It appears this is a second letter from Revdex.com unfortunatly we did not recieve any first notice as we are always willing to resolve any customers that might be unhappy be it the smallest problemsDeluxe carpet cleanings postion is that our system did not cause this problem, but in the spirit of satisfying the customer Deluxe will be happy to refund a part of the repair in the amount of $50, but only if this will satisfy Mr [redacted] Thank You [redacted] ***

[I just wanted to make it clear that the only reason I dismissed the small claims case is because the insurance company settled with me outside of court. The company was responsible for damaging the floors. ]
