The person in charge told her that, the day she came back but she didn't want to pay for it, and she should have a receipt which specified that there is no warranty on change tires, because she asked for it.

I did not purchase the tires from them because they did not have my size. I would not have had a problem with paying the extra at the time of service if I was told. So I was not told about it because "some people dont like to pay"? Thats ridiculous. I was not informed about cleaning or sealing until I came back. At that point I was told I would have to pay the same price all over again because I did not have it done the first time, but I was not told the first time or I would have. My receipt says I have 48 hours on used tires. Mine were new. That is not mentioned on my receipt. All in all I paid an additional [redacted] to have them sealed again, but 1 is still losing air. I was told I will need a new air pressure sensor because it was bent when putting on the new tires. It is [redacted] & [redacted] to install. So I now ride around with an air pump in my car. I will NEVER recommend anyone ever go to Pontiac tires.
