It would seem I’ve misspelled your email address, I do expect this to arrive to you… In response to Mr *** complaint against my company, I would need to see his business cards first It is possible he simply used our proof when he purchased elsewhere If he did start over
with artwork from another company, then it is too bad for me that he thinks that we should perform drafts and proofs without the benefit of knowing he does not intend to purchase from us

Complaint: *** I came into your business for a quote and got stuck with a bill*** never mentioned that a proof came with a chargeShe said that she would send proofs along with a quote to see if I liked themShe should of said, "For forty dollars, I will send some proofs and a quote to see if you liked them." So I could of replied with a NO
I really just wanted to know your pricesI have supplied the business card quote, proof, and emails from Pony X-press If you would look at the date and times from when I received Pony's quote to the time I ordered my business cards from Vista Print you will see that is what I was waiting forAlso notice that it was days later that I received your proofBy then I had already received my new business card and had already forgotten about your "quote"If you look at my Vista Print receipt, you will see that I order cards for $You quoted me $for the exact same amountThat is a savings of a whopping 84%! So in conclusion, I came into the Pony X-press business for a quote, I found a better price and went with a competitorI am now being stuck with a bill for $bucks(I could of bought close to a 1,business cards at Vista Print for the same amount!) for what I thought was a QUOTE.
