In response to ID # *** submitted on 5/4/Thank you for bringing this to my attention and I have looked into the matter and found that the customer called during the week of April 27th and was seen on May 5, To clarify the initial project, the homeowner partially did the prep work
in which the area of these walls where to be builtPonzani’s utilized base provided by the owner and did the construction of the wallsThe homeowner requested to finish the project, which was to back fill the walls due to his availability of stone product. In response to the latest request, on May 5, the initial salesman did talk to Mrs*** and pictures were taken, which reveals three to four block were off the wall in a corner area onlyCompletion of regluing the units down is scheduled to be done this weekend weather permitting. Additionally the salesman’s cell number was left with Mrs*** for Mr*** *** to contact for further questions or concerns Regards, Chris Ponzani
