even called back to insure I remove him from the site and I did so. The price of $1500 was excepted with a deposit of $300 leaving a balance of $1200. As response to her stating that the puppy was sick, she was asked to provide documentation from the vet. stating that the puppy was sick. She sent two vet. statements in which neither provided any test that had been performed. Only the vets opinion as to what they thought it could be. Ms. [redacted] had told me she had a Cushing test and DNA test performed which was untrue. If you look at the two reports you will see that Ms. [redacted] totally lied about me not communicating. I have more than 40 text proving that we were in continued contact. When I got back to her I told her I would return $1200 and it was agreed between both parties that the $300 deposit will not be refunded due to the timeline the puppy was to be returned with all paperwork. She requested the courier receive the $1200 in the form of a certified check. I requested that Mr. [redacted] sign a written statement that he received the check.

Poodles by Juju was informed that the puppy was defective the following day after receipt of the puppy. Seller was also informed that my vet stated that DNA testing needed to be done on the puppy but I did not want spend any more money on the defective puppy that I just wanted to return the puppy that I had less than 24 hours because it was missing most of it's body hair. I have many text to her stating that the puppy was defective and asking for my money back. It took me two weeks of correspondence plus an additional vet visit with the second vet confirming that the puppy had an incurable condition to convince the seller to take the puppy back. In all the communication that buyer states she sent me prior to sending the puppy NOT once did she inform me that the puppy was defective. However, seller finally agreed to take the puppy back and return a portion of my purchase price. Seller now has the puppy and I have my refund so please close the case.
