I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The business owner is correct that I had no complaints when I came in for my first oil change At that time, there were no issues The issue in question started the end of December when the car started making noise I have had multiple people tell me that the issue was covered up because there is absolutely no way the car would have sustained that much rust in such a short period of timeWhen I was informed that the business was sold, not once was I informed that they just didn't do oil changes He led me to believe that the entire business was sold and no longer in operationAt this point, I don't expect anything further from this company In my opinion he is a very shady businessman looking to fill his own pockets and I won't have anything positive to say about him or his business Regards, [redacted]

am writing in response to a complaint sent by the Revdex.com on behalf of [redacted] The vehicle was purchased on January 162015, why is she sendinga complaint in October 2015, almost months after she purchased the vehicle? Shestated she had a check engine light come on so she brought it in in the middle of a snowstormHalf of myemployees did not show up that day to workWe explained to her itwas possibly the gas capI told her to drop the car back off so we could look at it afterwe plowed out and the snow stoppedShe called me back once and then explained toher to drop the car off and wc would look at itShe then stated she could not leave it withusShe wanted us to look at the window as well and I told her that she needed to leave itwith us so we could order the partsShe then said she would try to make arrangements toget a rideThat was the last time she tried to contact usAir conditioning was notmentioned to us not workingHowever in the middle of winter how do we try the airconditioning to see if it works? She purchased a vehicle with 114,miles on it there isonly a New York State InspectionThere is not a lemon law warranty because of themiles being over 100,And a window and air conditioning are not covered anyways.This is a complete miniscule complaint and she knows itThis is a waste of your time andmineHow does anybody drive a car for months and want to pick out another car.Think about that.Sincerely,Robert PS***Owner/President
