The [redacted] pool was winterized incorrectly causing damage to the pool, which I have pictures to prove. We tried working with these people and in fact, we were on the way to there house when Mr. [redacted] called and was threatening us and calling everyone in our company names. We as a company have decided...
to not return back to this persons house because of all the threats and name calling and constant lies these people say. They tried blaming this on three different people that work here. The suggestion that the liner is split on a seam is not true. Damage to this pool was soley caused by winterizing the pool incorrectly. They know this and why they were paying for repairs.

There were no threats or lies made by us, the customers. I had a very good discussion with the owner on Monday, June 26, 2017. The company has returned on Tuesday, June 27 as promised. We are awaiting a final inspection today of the pool, after which I assume all will be well. The company responded quickly and professionally.
