Pool Butler

Pool Butler will not return my calls to complete their service agreement
I called pool butler on 3/19/2020 to have them come open my pool. 04/01/2020 *** came out to open the pool. He said they do a follow up, because they did not get the pool complete clean that day, and they came out two days later to clean and vacuum it again ($412). I called a few days later, because I was still unhappy with the way the pool looked and I was not getting any free chlorine readings. On 4/6/2020 they came out again, this time charged me for another service ($160) and chemicals. I gave it a week, I still was not thrilled with the way the pool looked, so they sent out *** on 4/13/2020. During his service, I didn't receive any feedback about what he did to the pool or what he put in the pool. I was charged for this day ($123). Still unhappy with the way the pool was looking, I wrote a letter to the owner and left message for the office. I t a call back from ***, who was confrontational and mouthy "I am a grown as man I will keep my responsibility when I do something that is not right but I was happy with the way I left your pool today because I couldn't keep leaves from getting into it, it as windy while there". I replied "you were happy, but I was not happy, there were still lots of leaves at the bottom deep end of the pool, and my invoice says zero readings performed and performed zero task what did out do to the pool because I still do not have a chlorine reading?" I hung up with ***, and called pool butler back, then they finally sent another *** out a few days later. That *** treated the pool for phosphates, and within 24 hours my pool looked immaculate ( 1 month and over $500+ in charges later). Meanwhile, I have not received an invoice, they just charged my card, so I called the office and had all of my invoices sent to me via email, so I could know what I was paying for. I was on a two week service rotation, so at the end of the month a service follow up technician came out to service the pool. He had the second skimmer door that they ordered for me, and this one did not fit either (still waiting on that part too). That service technician said they would reorder the part and be back out shortly. Over two weeks went by, and my by weekly service technician did not come out. So, I called pool butler, over and over again. The week of 05/10/2020, I left several messages, no one called me back. The week of 05/17/2020, I called and left more messages, no one called me back. Finally on 05/21-22/2020 in the morning time someone answered the phone, she looked up my account and acted very puzzled, told me I had an open ticket. Then she told me she was new, and needed help looking at my account and would call me back. Again, I never received a call back. Meanwhile, its been a month since they have come out to service my pool and fulfill their bi weekly obligation. They will not call me back or come out. On Sunday 05/24/2020, I left them a message not to come back because I had found someone else to come out and start servicing my pool. But, because all this time has passed, the pool has become cloudy and has gotten away from us again, and it is now going to be very expensive to treat and more time will pass before we can swim in it again. This entire experience with pool butler has been unprofessional, draining, and they have an aggressive employee to top it off. I would not recommend this pool company to service your pool. They should refund my money that I have paid them so I can use it to pay for the other pool company to fix what they have ruined for me and my family. Pool Butler (and CSD Pools) has not lived up to their contract agreement "to keep your pool looking pristine and luxurious all year", and they have ignored my attempts to contact them.
