Sales department contacted me and told me on the phone that they could not complete my order because my billing address did not match my shipping address? Most companies billing address does not match their shipping address if they are in more than one state. I feel they were making up reasons not to fill the order as I called offering them any information they needed to verify that it was a legitimate order but the only option they would give me is to cancel the order. I informed them I would be contacting the Revdex.com so I guess they were just calling my bluff. Any legitimate business should be able to verify payment somehow.
Replacement Complete the order that I made.
Due to the large amount of fraudulent orders we receive, we only ship to the billing address of the credit card. We tried to inform this customer of alternative payment methods but he would not let us talk and began using foul language and threatening our employee. We have copies of the harassing and threatening emails if you would like to see them.

If you are a legitimate business you should be able to accept credit cards whose billing zip is other than the shipping zip. Fraudulent charges are a part of doing business and making a shipping address match a billing address is not a way of avoiding this. I do not use foul language even when I am angry and I absolutely do not accept this response.

This is the only online company that does this and they should be held to the same standards of accepting payments as other businesses.
