Are we supposed to absorb this cost or pass it along to the consumer? When the job was originally sold, the ***'s picked the Vegas stone Texture which was installed. Mrs*** never said anything about "a street in Rome". What she did say was that an older member of her family had cut their foot on the Majestic Ashlar stamp. That is when they picked the Vegas stone texture and colors. The job was installed properly and Erik was told they would recommend him to anyone. The evening of the first pour they called and were wondering where all the lines were. Erik went right out there and they said they wanted the Majestic Ashlar. Their paper said Vegas stone Mrs *** called and threatened me with a lawyer if Erik did not come there the next day to seal. At that point I told her we were taking care of the paying customers. If they would like to prepay the $3,and the $for the clips, we would be happy to go there and finish the job. Once she mentioned the lawyer, Erik decided that they would not even pay him the $1,they said they would pay him on sealing (taking a loss to our business). We have not returned. Some patios don't get sealed for weeks for curing process Just wanted to let you know where we stand on this matter. I call Erik to install stamped concrete around my poolHe came to my home and my wife and I spoke with him and looked at a book with different style and color stamped concreteso we proceeded to pick out the style and color we wanteda couple of weeks later he came and did half of the concrete around the poolwhen my wife and I got home to discover that the stamping was the wrong style we called him and he came back to the house and we spoke with him and said this is not what we orderedmy wife repeated to Erik the conversation we had when he came the first time "I wanted it to look like a street in Rome" at that point Erik said " oh that's right I have never made this mistake before" well he finished the other half and is supposed to come back and seal the concrete but has not come to finish the job and when my wife called him and we get an attitude and no answer about finishing the job
