Unfortunately, we do not have record of calls being received by the customer [redacted] customer issues are typically handled through our [redacted] account- which there was no communication or alerts from the customer We have a day in house warranty policy (customer's began 5/11/16), after that the responsibility of the item falls with [redacted] After receiving the Revdex.com notice, the customer was contacted and he confirmed he received a replacement power supply and all was in working order now [redacted] has handled their warranty issue

We bought a pool pump in that came with a three-year warranty In September the pool pump quit working We called Pool Express and informed them of the malfunction of the pump and they sent a replacement pump In addition, we purchased a two-year extended warranty, which covers the pump until May The replacement pump (second pump) once again malfunctioned in less than one month (October 2, 2015)! We contacted Pool Express and they sent another replacement pump (third pump) The pump ran for three months without any indications of a problem However, on August 2016, the pump once again malfunctioned I contacted Pool Express on August 15, 2016, to advise them that the pump had once again burned out and that I would like a replacement pump at the very minimum or a different pump/different model (in the same price range) Amy in Tech Support indicated she would call back When she did not call back, I left several messages for her My messages and phone calls have gone unanswered by her On August 18, 2016, I asked to speak with a supervisor, Chad, however, he failed to return my numerous phone calls A quality pool pump should not fail three times in three years!
