The re-stocking fee is not mentioned at any time during the ordering process. There's merely the standard "terms & conditions" box you need to check before you're allowed to proceed, but they don't say what those terms & conditions are unless you navigate to a separate web page. This is is intentionally deceiving. Given that in good faith I ordered a replacement from them, the least they could do is honor customer loyalty by waiving this hidden charge.
Ending their response with a describing their "dedication to service" is self-serving and disingenuous given their deceptive business practices.
