I purchased a Pentair Prowler 920 on July 3rd 2020. On July 19, the vacuum stopped working. Lights up, but does not move. I contacted Pentair directly and was told to take the machine back to Pool King and get a replacement since it has been less than 30 days. She said "we do not repair brand new machines". When my husband took the vacuum back for an exchange, we were told that the owner, John, said he would not allow an exchange. That we had to accept the broken machine and wait to have it repaired. They have no idea what is wrong with it or how long it will take and I am just supposed to be without a cleaner until they figure it out.
This person came into our store on July 21, 2020 and was given a new pool cleaner.
