Review: I paid this guy [redacted] a pool installer who is a installer for [redacted] He put up my pool and the next day it started to buckle in on the bottom and collapse from the middle to the top of the pool. I called him the next day and he told me it was normal for that type of pool and he would fix it on Saturday. Friday the liner started to slip off. I told [redacted] and again he said it was normal and he would fix it. He never showed on Saturday or Sunday. I texted him again on Monday(he never responds to calls) and he said he had a family crisis and was not able to make it but would be there Tuesday morning. Again a no show. I texted him again and now the excuse was his Grandmother died and would come Wednesday morning and to empty the water out of my pool. Again he did not show saying he had another job he was doing and it was too windy. He said he would be at my house around 4pm to fix it and he did not show. Now I paid him full in cash and he charged me $150 for Vamiculite which he did not put down. Everyday is just another excuse after excuse.Like its too windy to put the liner in yet it is in. I have pictures of the pool and work he did. I told him it was an embarrassment of a job and I get [redacted] every time I have to look at it and he responded "Then don't look at it". He never returns phone calls and the pool has to be closed up for the season like last week. The liner is getting stained with leaves.Desired Settlement: I want the pool to be fixed correctly and put up by the beginning of next week,Oct [redacted] or he has to refund all my money,$550 and pay to have a real pool company take it down so they can put it up correctly. He still has to put the skimmer and return from last week because "he needed the liner to stretch out". Its the time of the season to close the pool for the winter yet I can't because he refuse to fix his work. The pool has to be closed. NOW so I can close it.
