Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11299008, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] I spoke with MrThurman F [redacted] on March 31, 2016, the day this letter (addressed to me) was submitted to the New Orleans Revdex.comI declined the offer of $200, equal to one night's stayThe two of us agreed that since MrF [redacted] was not authorized to refund the full amount (roughly $1,300) surely his supervisor, or someone else couldMrF [redacted] asked me for, & I gave him my availability for the next three days & he assured me that his supervisor would call meThis conversation occurred on the 31st of MarchIt is now more than a week later and I have not been contacted by anyone from WyndhamI believed I was on the road to a fair resolutionFurthermore, in his letter, MrF [redacted] stated that $would be refunded to my debit card ending in To date (April 9, 216) my bank account has not reflected such creditI also made it clear to MrF [redacted] that I was already extremely uncomfortable with Wyndham having such manipulation of my personal debit cardHe then felt it appropriate to "credit" my card which I made abundantly clear, I did not want accessed, for any reason? And not only that, the promised credit never took place I find it appalling that at this point, any representative of Wyndham would stake such a claim, however, I also feel I should have been communicated with in an honest mannerAnd I most certainly have not beenThis is my reason for "rejecting" the business's attempt at a resolution Regards, [redacted] ***
