After several years of being a customer of Pool Masters, we have come to the conclusion that they just do not care about their customers They never informed us when something was wrong with our pool, they never gave us an estimate to fix the problem (once we discovered it ourselves), and the owner could care less when we decided to let them go The last straw came when we found our pool pipe sawed in half and were never told about it We thought our pool equipment had been vandalized It turns out, a Pool Master employee did it and never bothered to tell us After tracking him down after a few days, he told us that he did saw our pipe in half and just forgot to mention it to us He then promised us an estimate to fix it After waiting a week and a half and never receiving an estimate at all, we hired someone else to fix itDon't waste your time and money on this company like we did We have found that there are many pool companies out there that do care about their customers and are happy to have your business Pool Masters is not one of them
