4-12-I called pool medics for a service call at my houseThey arrived with friendly service and within a few days they instastalled a new pool motorI was happy with the service until I had a problem with the new pump The pump broke down and was badI thought I would call them back so I didThey said they would be out in a day or twoThey showed up and took my pumpThe next day they replaced my pumpI thought wow what good serviceThat was until a few days laterWhen I received a bill for labor and partsI have ran two service company's for the past yearsI have never charged a customer for warranty workBecause I stand behind the parts and labor I sellI called the office manager and asked about the billShe explained they had a one year on parts and days on laborShe also said that they always charge a service callThis is perfect for them bacause they never looseThey will never loose money no matter how bad the parts they sell areThen they will make money on laborI will never use a company like this againThis to me is like getting a shady guy off Craigslist knowing you will have to pay him if something goes wrong no matter what
