Review: I just recently purchased a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe from Pool Auto Sales on 4-1-2014. As of yesterdday 4-22-2014 I had to take the vehoclwe into [redacted] repair shop due to the Vehicles rear axle u-joint falling out. The truck is not drivable and now at this point in time I am without a vehicle with 3 kids. I have not even made a first payment on the vehicle and when I advised [redacted] and [redacted] at Pool Auto sales of the vehicle repair needed they said it was my responsibility. It should not be as this obviously was an issue that has been going on with the vehicle longer than 3wks.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the vehicle fixed and checked out properly with them being responsible for payment. And in the mean time a loaner vehicle to transport myself and my kids to obligations such as work, school, and sports. And if none of this is possible I need a reliable vehicle as I am in a loan. I am scared knowing Iu have to make a payment for the next 3-4 yrs on a vehicle that is already needing repairs.
