I have made contact with [redacted] and he has come and cleaned the pool.    I do not hold the pool place responsible.  They were understanding of my problem and agreed to call him for me.  My pool is now clean and everything is resolved

Review: The Pool Place recommended [redacted] and [redacted] to set up and service my pool. I have used mostly [redacted] for the last ten years. This year however my cover/tarp and dome was put on my pool last Sept. My dome inflated and I tried numerous time to find the inflate flap to no avail but my tarp continued to cover my pool completely. Though out the winter the cover took on much debris along with rain water. I was constantly trying to drain the water and remove the debris. This year I come back from vacation June 10 and I find my cover removed and all the age/debris dumped into the pool. It is destroyed. I called [redacted] and he told me that he would clean my pool free of charge. After three phone calls I have not seen or received a call back. I called his partner [redacted] who was sympathetic to my cause and assured me that [redacted] would call me back. I called the Pool Place and asked to speak with the owner [redacted], he was busy with a customer and I was told he would call me back. Again I have not heard back from [redacted], [redacted] or [redacted]. I do not know what to do. The dome now lays on the side yard and I can clearly see that they cut the intake valve and knotted it along with trying to patch it with duct tape. It also is ruined.Desired Settlement: I need someone to either clean my pool or replace the liner at no charge.

At this point I don't have a phone number or address for [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted], through her previous dealing with [redacted] hired him without our knowledge and on her own accord.
