I am rejecting this response because:
I do NOT owe *** *** $It wasn't till after I sent him my complaints that he came up with this $outstanding balance?? He sent me a text saying he WAS willing to waive the $but nowIt was the first I'd ever *** of any supposed outstanding balance!He has sent monthly statements for the past year on the pool service so he would have reminded me after months if I owed him that much moneyI am furious that he is trying to take advantage of me as an elderly widow with one income and having just adopted my two young grandsons after my yrold son diedLowest human ever.After finishing the job in June I contacted *** telling him I was pretty sure there was a leak somewhere as I was having to fill the pool every dayI would run water in it every evening and by morning it would be way down past the tileAgain *** made excuses that it was the sunThe one thing *** does well is make excuses..Well I knew better after all we did use the pool for yr.This went on for a weekI looked online and found American Leak companyWhen I mentioned to *** I was going to contact them he said he would call themOf course my water bill was enormous, on top of filling the pool after the plaster job then another week of hours of topping it off.After American Leak came out in July *** said they charge $but he would pay for itOnce American Leak gave him the info *** said he would charge me $to run a new line, an easy fix and I agreed.*** said he would give me a few extra months to pay.WHEN *** gave me his bid on the job I agreed to let him do the plaster job if he'd fix the slide for my grandsons ,ages 7&8.That was to be part of the dealHe was removing the diving board at his suggestion , also I had a very nice light installed in my pool for night swimming and he insisted on removing that as well.He agreed to fix the slide as he said it just needed a tubing kit! which costs about $The pipes, water connections plumbing,were already there and in good operating orderTakes about min to hook up the tubing kit and I had to constantly remind him of his promise to do itI have ALL emails and text messages to and from him since May He said it was not a huge job.He never sent an invoice for the $I do have the email where I asked him if I could Pay him the $in Oct.When I asked him to send me a copy of said charges on the $he's just now claiming I owe him, he sent me a copy dated June with $added in (one month before American Leak had even done the inspection) I do not accept his offer to fix the Polaris as I do not trust him or any of his employeesMy biggest issue is he does not respect ME as the customer when I let him know my security cameras showed HIS EMPLOYEES did not come for weeks to clean the pool and his own employee Elijah admitted they were NOT cleaning the filter regularly, it was black with algae and slime.My security system has a DVR tha records 24/for daysSo I was able to review the tape and know for a fact his employees weren't thereBut instead of saying ok, sorry I'll send someone out to take care of it he makes excuses and blames me for cutting back on serviceI have his text where when I asked if we could cut back to every two weeks for three months he said sure, no problemNo mention of your pool will look like it did when we came to replaster itOf course it looked bad, I had drained it years ago, it just had dirty rain water in itI was told to keep a small amount of water in it to keep the heat from cracking itI have two cameras overlooking the pool, three in front yard as wellAs for leaving the clips off, the pump ran hr for days because they did not return the Monday after the Friday when they came out*** should have let me know that the pump time was running 24/and needed to be reset*** nor any of his employees explained to me how any of the equipment worksI am and don't know any of thisThe NEW pool service showed me on their first visit how to decompress the large container that stores the filter and showed me how to set the timerIf I had not gotten the new service out here the pump would have burnt out due to their replacing my original basket with a much smaller, cheaper oneThere was nothing wrong with my original, it had a handle on it making it easy to remove and clean out the bugs and leavesThe smaller one did not trap the leaves or bugs so they were going into the new pumpThe employee at the new pool company that has served San Antonio for yris willing to testify to the condition of the pool, pump and Polaris not working.This company only charges $A MONTH to come out WEEKLY to put chemicals in the pool*** was charging nearly $a month to clean and put chemicals but cleaning wasn't being done properly*** lost an income for the next 10-yr as my using his services would have netted him $40,for yrIn closing it was after I called American Leak Coto inquire as to how much *** paid for the inspection and let him know that they said it was nowhere near $that he came up with this $outstanding balanceIf he wants to insist on payment I will promise I will contact the T.V.StationI , like the customer whom *** illegally took $20,out his checking account am NOT going to be ripped off of $unless he wants a civil suit against himI would like for a third party to examine the plaster jobThat was my original MAJOR complaint four months after the completion of the jobI asked *** to come look at the blotchy discoloration of the surface of the pool as it looks very dis colored in such a short time but he would never come lookI'd like to also mention his workers broke up two areas of my yard that was concreted and he just left it that way without resurfacing itOne was a solid concrete square that we used to put our Revdex.com pit onHe ,without asking destroyed it and ran the pipelines there, same where pumps were installedMy husband before he died had run a nice concrete foundation around the pool pumps.In closing it took one month to get *** to tell me what model the Polaris is so that I can register itOne of his employees left a msg on my phone saying the Polaris is supposed to move slow and doesn't climb walls but Polaris differs

I am confident in the work that was performed on Brenda's pool. You have to wonder, if [redacted] was so not satisfied with our work, then why did she continue to ask us to service the pool for so many months?
The customer's problem began only after she changed from service from once a week to every other week. The customer did not add any chemicals to her pool while she was away on vacation and due to the rain, her pool turned green.
We have gone out of our way to address the customers concerns. The customer has repeatedly stated she is calling all the tv stations and the attorney general. That is her option. We maintain dozens of pools and have many satisfied customers with the same crew that serviced her pool.
