Only reason why I gave 1 star is because this site does not allow you to post a review without rating. This company quotes 35 dollars a panel to replace panels of our pool enclosure. They sent out 2 guys who surveyed the enclosure. One guy started to cut giant holes in the screens and when asked he chuckles and said thats how they mark the screens needing to be replaced. After 5 screens had been cut they then asked If the price had been discussed. Firstly who cuts giant holes in the screen and secondly why did they come out not knowing the price?. What company runs that way. During the discussion of the price one of the guys pulls the spine out of a perfectly good screen. A couple of the screens they vandalized were still in good condition and did not need to be replaced. They then offered to replace the screens they vandalized for 35 dollars a piece. The owner called and said the screens damaged by the company would be replaced for 45 dollars. They have since left the property telling us the company owner told us to call someone else. Upon contacting the company back I was told by Michelle that I was harassing her when I was asking why they cut the screens and left them.
Hello . When we are inspect an Enclosre for needed screens , once the customer agrees to have that panel replaced we cut it so we know to replace it . Once we gave her an estimate she said she was under the impression that every screen was we $35 . We offered to do the larger $55 panels for 35 but then she insisted we do the roof panels for 35 too . Then insisted my son sit in van and wait for her husband . I instructed him to leave .
I hired this company to fix my pool screen and they damaged another screen causing more damage than they fixed.
I hired this company to fix my pool screen and they damaged the screen next to the one I hired them to fix. I paid them the day they were here so they have already been paid. I called them the next day to have the damaged screen fixed and they came back out a week later to fix the one they damaged. They did a horrible fix on it and the next day it was even worse than before. As a result of this I have had wild animals trapped in my screened in pool area with 2 squirrels who tore up items in my screened in area. I am also having to hire another company to come out to fix the issue caused by this company. Pool screens r us said they would be out 5/6 to fix the issue and then that morning they texted at the last second to cancel. I called in to have someone come out and they would not give me a time they could fix their problem. The screen has now ripped and will be replaced resulting me to be out more money. On top of that, I can't use my screened in area due to all of the bugs and wild animals getting in. I want a refund and them to pay the cost of having the screen fixed by another company since they can't fix their own errors.
I would like a full refund of the money I paid this company as well as them to refund me for having to hire another company to fix their error.

They only refunded the money I paid them. They did $161 of damage to my home that I had to pay another company to fix.
