Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The owner at best is deceptive when misrepresenting himself to me on the phone when I asked him "is this advanced massage"I am an established patient at Advanced Massage see Document C provided by Advanced Massage.? ? The owner was so convincing on the phone that I programmed the number calling it in error the following day to cancel upcoming appointmentsHis placing his hands on me not once (which is when I raised my voice and told him to take his hands off of me) but twice as he was telling? staff to call The hippa and patient consent info form he has combined is also questionable and let us mention is valid for the year 2017.? My visit in October and approved charge to my card for $(doc A of 2).? Claims a same day appointment made under misrepresentation~ charged $(Doc A of 2) unauthorized.? T Mobile is unable to provide me with a phone statement and voicemail's until Feb 2nd at end of January's billing cycle.? At that time, I will submit my recordsI believe the owner only provided you with one of his business phone lines and only partial records~ Sincerely, [redacted] ***

This message is in response to Complaint ID *** Complainant’s first visit to Blissful Knead was on 10/22/for a massage appointment. On that date, complainant filled out and signed a “Health Information and Consent Form”, which contains our full booking and cancellation policy
on it. In part, the policy states that “A credit card on file is required to reserve my appointment. If I don’t have a credit card on file, I may only be allowed to come in on a wabasis if available. If I cannot make my appointment I must call to reschedule or cancel at least hours prior to my appointment start time. If I do not provide sufficient notice, I authorize my credit card on file, or any other payment method on file, to be charged for the full price of my scheduled service.” See Exhibit A attached for a redacted version of the signed form and authorization Complainant states that they received a call from Blissful Knead on 1/4/and a message was left for them. This is not correct, no outbound call was made to complainant on 1/4/2018. See Exhibit B attached for Blissful Knead phone records for 1/4/through 1/7/(the “Phone Records”) Complainant did call Blissful Knead on 1/5/at 9:a.m., before business hours, See Phone Records. Call was answered remotely by owner. Phone calls are answered with “Blissful Knead Spa, this is [___]”. At that time, complainant was informed that there was no appointment scheduled for them at 7:p.mthat day. However, complainant requested that a 2:p.mappointment be scheduled for them that day. The appointment was made for 2:p.mand complainant was reminded of the 24-hour cancellation policy (as all phone bookings are) After Blissful Knead opened on 1/5/2018, the front desk staff called complainant’s number at 10:a.mto ensure inbound call was address prior to business hours, see Phone Records. Complainant called back around 10:a.mand confirmed earlier call had been addressed, see Phone Records Later on 1/5/2018, complainant called Blissful Knead at 1:p.m., minutes prior to the 2:p.mappointment complainant had booked earlier in the day, see Phone Records. Complainant did not come to appointment and was charged in accordance with our policy, for which authorization was received as noted above On 1/6/2018, complainant made a call to Blissful Knead at 6:a.mregarding the charge from the previous day, see Phone Records. At 9:a.m., Blissful Knead received a call from Sound Credit Union (***) regarding this matter, see Phone Records. Sound Credit Union representative was advised that any dispute should be handled through the credit card dispute resolution process, not via a phone call A little after 10:a.mon 1/6/2018, complainant came to the premises of Blissful Knead regarding this matter and created a major disruption. Blissful Knead staff dialed at 10:a.mafter complainant refused to leave premises, see Phone Records. Complainant left premises while staff was on the phone with police. Police were on alert of the incident, and advised us to call back if complainant returned. Blissful Knead had three customers in service during complainant’s disruption, each of whom we had to apologize to and issued a service credit to based on the disruption complainant caused. Oddly, complainant called Blissful Knead on 1/7/at 10:a.mlooking to book a massage appointment, see Phone Records. Front desk staff informed complainant that complainant had called Blissful Knead. No appointment was booked Complainant is not welcome at Blissful Knead, and we don’t anticipate taking any further action with respect to this matter

I am rejecting this response because: Please see documents. One and only visit was in October of as indicated by business exibit. However, the Health information form was not completed by myself as I have extensive health issues and pages of allergies and Doctor referral for massageThe girl at front was provided records for them to copyI was called back shortly after arriving, and not able to complete form / signed quickly and taken back by Nevel. He relayed that they did not take insurance at the end of the visit, he returned my referral and records gave me the name to Advanced massagedI then provided my Credit card and authorized $for the hour session(Document A of 2)I established care with Advanced massage. See document C . I am unable to attach Tmobile bill for January calls until Feb 3rd. When I called back from the missed call, I clearly asked Morty if he was advanced massage due to my confusion about my pm appointment that evening, he was deceptive and said he was, apologizing for error claiming my email address was incorrect and offered me a pm appointmentI programmed the number in my phone as advanced massage and changed time on my calendar. When I arrived at Advanced massaged for my 1/appointment that was changed to 2pm, it became clear what had happenedCalled and was told they were charging my account. I told them the owner had lied to me, the appointment was made that morning in error and I was not authorizing the account. They charged my account $(See Document A of 2). I was forced to cancel the next massage therapy appointments due to his unauthorized removal of funds I will also point out that his contract is for the year and has yet to provide authorization of any sort for 2018.
