Review: I asked pool doctor to help me open my pool and they told me that the skimmer was not working right. I paid money in full for the skimmer to be fixed, they blocked my jet instead. The also dig my concrete and did not fix the concrete. I had the lining replace througnthem and after spending almost $9000 in 3 years and I was only able to use the pool one year. I called them several times and my hiusband called them too several times telling them about the color of the water, wanting to know why they block the jet, and many more questions. They did not get back to us and when they did they told me that I needs to buy Buffer and Chlorine which I did but the water is still green. I opened the pool because of my daugfhter's birhday and 4th of July

We were hired to replace the [redacted]'s liner in July 2011. At that time, one of the return lines was not cut out. It was left in the exact same condition as the previous liner. It was not "plugged" as stated by the homeowner. However, upon closing the pool in Oct. of 2011, it was determined that the pool skimmer line was no good. With only one suction line, it is necessary for the line to be replaced in order to have a functioning pool. At that time the [redacted]'s had an outstanding balance with our company of $634.70 as well as one with the water company of $220. The pool remained closed for the 2012 season. When they came in the spring of 2013 requesting work, I required the outstanding balance with our company as well as the water company to be paid off. We set up an appointment to open the pool & replace the skimmer line. At the time of the estimate in 2011, there was no concrete around the pool. When the appointment was made to do the skimmer line replacement, there had been concrete poured by the homeowner. I discussed with Mr. [redacted], prior to any work done, the fact that we would need to cut his new concrete do replace the line. He gave authorization & said that he poured the concrete to begin with & said that he would patch it when we were done. The pool was opened (H2O was clear) & the line was replaced on June 12, 2013. Account balance at that time was $105.43. Unfortunately, it is not understood by the homeowner that they have a responsibility for maintaining water clarity for the summer after a pool is opened. Our water test software indicates water tests done by Pool Doctor on 6-15, 6-22, & 6-24 only. The water chemistry levels at that time were normal with the exception of Ph & cyanuric acid being slightly low. The week of July 4th, the homeowner called requesting help with water clarity. I had made arrangements to have [redacted], the owner of the company, visit the site to meet with the homeowner late in the afternoon on Sat. 7-6 to perform an explanation & check the water (at no charge). Upon testing the water, it was determined that the Ph, alkalinity & cyanuric acid levels were abnormally high. [redacted] also noticed that there were multiple empty chemicals containers scattered around the pool site; many of which were not from our company but from Leslies. It was obvious that chemicals were randomly added to the water which was green. Mr. [redacted] also requested a cleaning appointment at that time. I called him later that week requesting that the account balance be cleared up & to set up an appointment for the cleaning. He said he would call me back on Mon. 7-15. Over the weekend, I received an email from the wife stating that our services where no longer needed. On Monday 7-15, I received notice of the complaint filed by the wife. I have left voice mail messages everyday this week to try to clarify where we stand on the account. Today, 7-17-13, upon finally speaking with Mr. [redacted], he informed me that they already hired another pool company & that he would be in by week's end to pay the outstanding account balance off. We feel that we have made more than an adequate attempt to resolve this issue; however, the homeowners have chosen to move on. We feel strongly that this case should be closed in favor of Pool Doctor.

I did not accept the statement because when they fixed the lining they never told us that one of the outlet was cut out. The outlet seems to be working before they blocked the outlet and they never told us that they blocked it until we saw it and called them to ask questions abot why the out let was blocked. They never requested the outstanding balnce, we paid all the outstanding balncer and the money to fix the skimmer which they did unprofesionally. They used my whgell barrow and left the mess the wheel barrow and I had to call them to clean it up and they took my shopvel away and I HAD TO CALL THEM AND ASKED FOR MY SHOVEL AGAIN. When the pool was opened the water was green and horribel and we lodge complained, I went to the store every weekend and it was the same. I bought all the chemical that the sale girl reocommended and the good thing was that I put all on my credit card. The wwriter stopped going to pool doctor on June 23rd because all we but was chemoal and I got so frustrated that I called them everyday and they never respond to me call oe mail until I told them that I have lodger a complained to Revdex.com. [redacted] came to my house on July and I told him that we refused to take care of the pool becauyse we spend $1000s of dollar and all we want is just to close it. IU told him that I spend so much because I wanted to do 4th of July party buti COULD NOT . She said that Brnda will call us on Monday and [redacted] never called until after I made complained to Revdex.com. I cal;led her several times and the sales girls told me several time that she is busy, she is on the phone and she never called back. I decided to use someone else because I wanted my daughter to have a pool party and I called the other pool agency on on July 11th 2013. They did not make any attempt to solve the problem because I told [redacted] that I wasn my daughte to celebrate her 6th birthday which was July 18tyh and for them not to call me or return my cal until after July 18TH. They dug the area around the skimmer and left it opened. I personally that the case should not be closed in favor of the pool doctor becauise of their unprofessional attitude and not putting client's in their shoe. The 6th year birthday party could not be celebrated at the pool. The pool was opened since June and we have been complaing about the green water anbd the pool doctor did not visit the site until July 7th. I also think that the situation should be closed in favor of [redacted]

As stated previously, the homeowner said that he would be in by the end of last week to clear up the account balance of $105.43. As of today, monday 7-22-13, he has failed to do so.

None of these 3 apply to my case. The company does not offer any settlement rather [redacted] called my husband ana told him she will take us to a small claim court because we are " hard Vall game. I got a letter stating that if we do not Pau $100 and something, we owe them, they are taking us to court

The company left my pool cover outside bu my pool, dug and refused to cover it we never promised to Pay the balance because I called the company to tell them about my dissatisfaction with their job. [redacted] told my husband that they will not clean up the pool if they do not Pay balance. I told [redacted] that I am not pleased with there job, I told him about his worker using my tools without my permission. They took my shovel and left dirt in my Wheel barrow for weeks. Why will I pay the balance, when they blocked my outlet without tell me and dig my concrete without covering It up. They offered me unprofessional job
