We have always had such a fantastic experience with Front Line ElectricWhen we built out house we knew we needed to add a lot more hi hats, hang lots of chandeliers and do a lot more complex electrical work, but were unsure of who to use [redacted] was recommended to us and was fantastic! We continue to use Front Line on an as needed basis and they continue to exceed our expectations! We have recommended them to several people and will continue to, everyone has been nothing short of happy with their work!

The only issue with the patio enclosure that was delivered by Pool & Spa Enclosures was there was a few inches of a cosmetic crack in the polycarbonate (see attached photo), we said we would replace the piece of polycarbonate The customers had significate pre-existing damage to his home that has nothing to do with the retractable patio enclosure that was delivered by Pool & Spa Enclosures. You will clearly see from the attached photos, the customer's damage to the house was caused by the customer ripping off his old enclosure in an unprofessional way exposing the interior of the house to the outside elementsIn addition, it appears to be years of water damage caused by a pool inside of a house that was not properly ventilated. For example per the attached photos, the brick was busted up, side walls and the back wall of the house were all damaged by the customer taking off the old enclosure Once the exterior brick of the house was taken off by the customer, it exposed all the rotted wood We have ordered the replacement piece of polycarbonate and plan to deliver on or about December 1st

We installed a Universe enclosure for an X pool in early May To skip to the bottom line, we are more than satisfied, THRILLED, with our purchase A few random thoughts: 1) The quality of materials, engineering, fabrication, and fit is probably times better than you are imagining (I'm an engineer) When we inserted the first section and gave it a gentle shove it took off down the pool it moved so easily - we had to run it down2) Installation, with a few caveats, is not as difficult as I had anticipatedThe concrete surrounding our existing pool was at the outer limits of the stated tolerances of flatness and caused me pause - no problem - provided shims solved all of that We had the channel guides down in about hrs BIG NOTE - have plenty of manpower available to move the sections, they are heavy We had grown men and it was still a challenge All of the peripherals are a piece of cake3) We went with the clear glass - beautiful, the 'green house effect" is greater4) Unanticipated benefits - pool cleaning went from daily to once in weeks (huge difference), chemical consumption is down due to less organics (leaves), can swim at night with no bugs, and music sounds great 5) Anticipated benfits - our motivator for buying the enclosure was pool temperature We are in east central Alabama We like the pool to be very warm - we're seeking "relaxing", not "refreshing" In previous summers the pool reached a maximum of F and that was just for a few days F for us is not really enjoyable We were only able to enjoy the pool for about months of the year Toward that end we had installed a heat pump on the pool a couple of months before the enclosure The heat pump, in late April, early May, was costing $18/day to heat the pool to F After the enclosure installation that immediately went down to $4/day, and quickly to $0/day The "green house effect" will take the pool up to 97F if we leave the enclosure completely closed during sunny days Every morning I get up and open each end for some air flow, trying to maintain about 92F.We are anxious to see what the performance is in cooler weather I anticipate we will be able to swim year round Time will tell but right now I'm guessing the enclosure will save us about $3000-5000/year in electrical costs on the heat pump 9the heat pump has a dedicated smart meter so I can accurately monitor daily consumption) I had not initially looked at it that way, but that's about a 10-15% return on our moneyJohn and Cristine were great to work with and were patient with this engineerOh, and it looks great! Best purchase we've made in a long time

Mr [redacted] of Front Line is as Professional as they come! I hired him to install my bathroom ventilation fan and lighting He was very punctual on the day of install He was very informative of what needed to be done, and actually suggested not to do some things I had requested - which saved me money! I commend his Integrity I would recommend him to anyone, and will hire Frontline for future electrical work

We installed a Universe enclosure for an 18 X 36 pool in early May. To skip to the bottom line, we are more than satisfied, THRILLED, with our purchase. A few random thoughts:
1) The quality of materials, engineering, fabrication, and fit is probably 3 times better than you are imagining (I'm an engineer). When we inserted the first section and gave it a gentle shove it took off down the pool it moved so easily - we had to run it down.
2) Installation, with a few caveats, is not as difficult as I had anticipated. The concrete surrounding our existing pool was at the outer limits of the stated tolerances of flatness and caused me pause - no problem - provided shims solved all of that. We had the channel guides down in about 3 hrs. BIG NOTE - have plenty of manpower available to move the sections, they
are heavy. We had 6 grown men and it was still a challenge. All of the peripherals are a piece of cake.
3) We went with the clear glass - beautiful, the 'green house effect" is greater.
4) Unanticipated benefits - pool cleaning went from daily to once in 2 weeks (huge difference), chemical consumption is down due to less organics (leaves), can swim at night with no bugs, and music sounds great
5) Anticipated benfits - our motivator for buying the enclosure was pool temperature. We are in east central Alabama. We like the pool to be very warm - we're seeking "relaxing", not "refreshing". In previous summers the pool reached a maximum of 88 F and that was just for a few days. 84 F for us is not really enjoyable. We were only able to enjoy the pool for about 3
months of the year. Toward that end we had installed a heat pump on the pool a couple of months before the enclosure. The heat pump, in late April, early May, was costing $18/day to heat the pool to 92 F. After the enclosure installation that immediately went down to $4/day, and
quickly to $0/day. The "green house effect" will take the pool up to 97F if we leave the enclosure completely closed during sunny days. Every morning I get up and open each end for some air flow, trying to maintain about 92F.We are anxious to see what the performance is in cooler weather. I anticipate we will be able to swim year round. Time will tell but right now I'm guessing the enclosure will save us about $3000-5000/year in electrical costs on the heat pump 9the heat pump has a dedicated smart meter so I can accurately monitor daily consumption). I had not initially looked at it that way, but that's about a 10-15% return on our money.

I highly endorse Front Line Electric. This company is not only knowledgeable in the electrical field, they are professional, efficient, precise and leaves all in good order when work is completed. I have engaged their services and referred them many times with outstanding satisfaction.

Our enclosure is AMAZING!!!!!! It is so warm inside and no air drafts just as john promised!!! We are extremely happy with it! All of my clients have commented on how incredible it is! They all say they've never seen anything like it!!
Very satisfied with product and customer service !!

I recently purchased an enclosure from Alex's Pool and Spa Enclosures company. It was a great experience, from the beginning to the end. Alex was great to work with, and quickly established himself as someone who is knowledgable and trustworthy. He never pressured me in anyway to make a sale, but provided me with the necessary information to make the best choices. This was my first pool and enclosure, and Alex was patient and reassuring and took the time to answer all of my questions, which were very numerous. I checked other companies. Alex offered the best price and the best deal.
I am a retired teacher. Alex and his company gets an A+ from me. Keep up the great work!

Mike & Barbara P. 1/13/2016. We purchased our enclosure and had it installed 4/30/2015 by the factory techs(2). Being a design engineer and inventor I am extremely particular. The finished product is totally impressive. People see it and are speechless. Maintenance is minimal now without leaves, bugs, etc. We swim every day and don't close the pool for the winter allowing the investment to be utilized. Happy doesn't describe our feelings. The professionals at Pool & Spa leave nothing to be desired as a company.
