Bought an air pillow along with other products, The Airpillow was defective, Came to Revdex.com website to complain about it but saw an email saying they gave me a full refund and refunded the shipping no hassle.
I wasn't expecting a response so fast as the email said it could take up to 3 days for them to respond and it was more like 30 minutes.
Our pool pump pooched on one of the hottest days of the summer so far ! 29 degrees Celsius... Went to local pool supply place , pump is almost triple price , so ordered from pool supplies Canada , that was Sunday afternoon @ 3 pm, here it is Wednesday evening and we still don't know where it is. Talked to [redacted] & [redacted], don't know where it is ??? Called pool supplies , and she told me VERY snottily that the weather in Northern Ontario is really bad so they didn't want to risk employees out in bad weather so it is delayed !!! I informed her ( scarlet ) that I live smack dab in the middle of " Northern Ontario " and it's very sunny and hot here , sooo not sure what's going on ?? Thinkin I'm finding a new pool supply place. This is the second time ! Fool me once, my bad , fool me twice , not comin back !!!!
