Poolsupply4 less . You get what you pay for . 1 faulty motor 3 days of back and fourth to get new one and label . They told me the first time they were shipping it out . Three days later I get the label and they tell me the new one wont go out till they get the old one . Said they can double charge me if they dont receive it . Lets see ruined labor day by send faulty part and now making me wait to close it . Stay away

also just wanted to add in case no one else has noticed you cant add a review to their official website..I guess that why they have all good reviews they are probally not real...I was an official buyer but it doesnt let me give a review. .boy would I love to give them a review...might help someone else from being cheated...buyers BEWARE

I I was so excited to finally get to buy a pool cleaner, was so tired of hand cleaning my pool..I was told that the navigator was supposed to be great...so when I got it I hooked it up and it is the worst cleaner I have ecer owned. so I called them and they said no returns even though I just got it...I have now had it two weeks and it still doesn't work,,I have spoken to their so called techs numerous times with their attitudes...I also have called hayward only to be told that they will have someone call me which never happened...so all I can say is before buying anything you better read all of the reviews and check them out..also I noticed on one of the complaints about another pool cleaner they told them to send it back..why wasn't I offered that same option..is the only reason they offered that because the complaint was on here made public..I feel like any item you receive and its supposed to be brand new out of the box and it doesn't work you should be allowed to return...alli know is I sure don't think much of hayward...their customer service isn't much better than the people they have selling their products...im gonna talk to my bank about receiving faulty equipment..I had to give it one star for it to post but they don't deserve no stars

I am rejecting this response because:Pool company did not act in good faithIf they posted an incorrect price, that price should be honored for those that purchased at that priceThis is a practice in any store across the country where incorrect prices are markedI take issue with the fact that I was never notified that the order was cancelled until I called the companyIf I would not have called my money would still be in their accountIt is my contention that maybe incorrect prices are put online so people purchase items and the company holds money until the shipping of item is questionedI have purchased another pool cleaner from a more reputable company, so I no longer need this itemI suggest that my review be posted on your website so other people don't fall victim to their questionable practicesThank You

I choose to keep complaint open until they recieve the polaris and credit my visa account

Total rip off , they pray on people in a bad situation and try to basically steal their vehicle for minutes of workAwful people that should not work with the publicRude scam artist!

We contacted the manufacture who handles any issues after a product was installed. The manufacture stated that the customer didn't want any help with seeing what would cause the pool cleaner not to work properly in his pool. They stated he refused any help and didn't wish to take it to the closest...

warranty center to have it looked at free of charge. The customer has had the pool cleaner for a month. We emailed the customer on 6/24/2014 he could send back the cleaner in the original box with all paperwork for a refund but have not yet heard back from him. Normally our policies online states there are no returns on pool cleaners and any issues are handles with the manufacture which he refused help on. he may return the cleaner to us as we stated for a refund. If he reads his email he can see the return instructions.

On December 4th 2017 [redacted] ordered a Junior NXT pool robot. He paid with PayPal so the money was transferred right away. Our system automatically sends out order receipt confirmation emails to customers. We were working on the trying to locate the item to ship but found out we were out of...

stock and it wouldn't be until the end of January we would have it back in stock. It is stated in our terms and conditions on our site that we can cancel an order at any time due to typographical errors. (See below) Typographical Errors In the event that a PoolSupply4Less product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, PoolSupply4Less reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. PoolSupply4Less reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PoolSupply4Less shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. At the beginning of every year all items have price increases and this was one of them. We do not collect interest on any money that we receive and we credited him back December 6th 2017 in full back to his PayPal account. We are sorry for this error and this is why we have a disclosure. If you have any suggestions we would take them under advisement. Thank you, [redacted] PoolSupply4Less [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
1.  We received the cleaner on Wednesday June 17, 2015, as shown on Fed Ex documents.  My first call was to Hayward on June 22, 2015 who recommended we return the defective cleaner to the seller.  My immediate 2nd call, on June 22, 2015 was to PoolSupply4Less. My Verizon document shows  a record of all of my calls to PoolSupply4Less.  In fact, you will find three calls to or from PoolSupply4Less within 14 days of Fed Ex confirmation of our receipt of the pool cleaner, so the PoolSupply4Less representative responding to this complaint (and to our credit card dispute) is either uninformed or not being truthful.  Note: I'm not computer savy, may I mail this document to the Revdex.com as I'm having difficulty uploading, or it is downloading, a copy of my cell phone records.
2.  Hayward only suggested trying to "fix" our defective unit after PoolSupply4Less refused to take it back calling it a "warranty issue", even though it didn't work effectively out of the box.  Hayward did not guarantee a fix could be done, rather, they suggested I "could 'try' foam rollers to see if that would help with poor suction.  If that didn't help, we could go from there."  I explained to the Hayward representative, my husband and didn't spend $1,000 to end up with a "fixed" piece of equipment...and spend the summer experimenting!  Further, our old pool cleaner has the same brush rollers as does the defective model.  I explained our old model worked beautifully for 10 years, and it has the brush type recommended for a new model by a local Hayward dealer.
3.  When placing my dispute with my credit card company, the representative urged me to NOT send the product back until after the dispute is finalized.  It is ongoing at this time.  As for the cart, my husband and I plan on keeping that as we hope to resolve this so we can order another cleaner locally.  It will cost us an additional $300 over PoolSupply4Less.  We thought we were saving money by buying online, but these savings were not worth a Summer, and into Autumn of aggravation.  Lesson learned.
4.  What PoolSupply4Less will not say, is they have their "no return" policy buried in their "terms & conditions" which you need to know to look for at the bottom of thier website screen.  This area is not visible on iPad, and that entire section of their website is curiously in grey type on a black background.  I looked and looked for this policy after it was brought to my attention from their response to my credit card dispute, and it still to me about 20 minutes to figure out where it is on their website!
5.  Lastly, one of the Hayward representatives that my husband spoke with, stated she used to work for a government consumer agency, and she is the one who stated PoolSupply4Less should take back a unit that doesn't work out the box.  And, how are we to know a unit doesn't work before we put it into the water?  Of course we tried it...we didn't purchase a $1,000 piece of equipment to just look at it.  And yes, we are willing to go back to a model that worked for us for 10 years.

This vendor sold us a product which we wanted to return as it did not meet the expectations as described on his site. We contacted him within two days of receiving the item and said we would like to return the item. He basically said he had no responsibility for the item with respect to it being returned and we needed to speak with the manufacturer. We did and the manufacturer said that the distributor should have taken the item back. We spent no less than thirty days trying to resolve this with the distributor who continued to fabricate miss information, and to deny any responsibility. When we approached the credit card company to try and mitigate the dispute , this vendor actually lied stating he was not contacted by us within the required thirty days. Even upon us producing records from Verizon that we had called him within two days, and repeatedly over the follwowing thirty days he just denied it. He also referenced a terms and conditions return policy he has on his website. This policy does not present itself as you order an item. In .fact it is located on the bottom of the website in the area that typically notes "site map". To make it even more impossible to notice, it blends in with a grey background.
This vendor was nasty, arrogant, not forthcoming and basically fabricated his position. I would strongly urge that the you be very wary of using this distributor. I have also notified the manufacturer, Hayward, that they have an approved distributor that scars their good name.

Just wanted to say that I contacted PS4L regarding a backwash valve and they not only gave me a very competitive price over the phone but also much needed dimensions to ensure it would fit. Came back several days later, they had the part as described, and offered lengthy advise on installation. When I called back due to a leak, they offered advise on how to resolve it. It was successful. I have no alternative but to get them great reviews on price and service. Truly exemplary. Hats off to you mate!

Review: I purchased a Tiger Shark Plus automatic pool cleaner on June 11, 2015 from Pool Supply 4 Less. The item arrived about one week later. The product didn't work effectively immediately out of the box, leaving fine dirt around all of the corners of our pool. Within a couple of days, I contacted the manufacturer first, then Pool Supply 4 Less to make an exchange, or refund. Pool Supply 4 Less refuses to do either and believes this is a warranty issue. The only thing Hayward can suggest is to "try" foam rollers rather than the brush rollers that came on this new unit. Note: We had a Tiger Shark QC (quick clean) model for the previous 10 years, which came recommended by another authorized Hayward dealer who built our pool. That model came with brush rollers for our vinyl pool, and it performed beautifully picking up all of the dirt, fine and not so fine, for all of those 10 years before the motor burned out. I found documentation online that foam rollers are only recommended for concrete or gunite pools. Additionally, we have documentation from another Hayward authorized dealer which states we need the brush rollers for our vinyl pool. Pool Supply 4 Less will point to their "no returns" policy. They will NOT tell you it is buried on the bottom of the their website with grey lettering on black background under Terms and Conditions. I never expected this absolute lack of customer service from an authorized Hayward dealer.Desired Settlement: After having this dispute drag on since mid-June (it is now mid-September), we are no longer comfortable accepting an exchange from Pool Supply 4 Less. I should note we do wish to keep the cart I purchased for the unit, as we may be purchasing another Tiger Shark locally. This will cost us an extra few hundred dollars, but we'll be dealing with trusted people from whom we've been purchasing our pool chemicals for years.

P[redacted] called in after 1 month of having the Hayward Tigershark and was saying they were having problems with the cleaner. I instructed her to call Hayward at ###-###-#### to talk to their tech department. We have strict guidelines from the manufacture direct that once an item is installed that all problems go through them direct. Hayward has a great tech department that would be able to help them out with their problem as there are many adjustments on these cleaners. They asked her for her address to have her go to the closest service center to get looked at. She refused to give her address to Hayward . Hayward told her how to go online and look up the closest service center to have them look at it. She never took it to a service center and just wanted a different model. She called Hayward back and they offered to send the other rollers out to her free of charge, to help her out and see if that would fix her problem. It is stated on our website that once and item is installed there is no returns on pool cleaners and that all warranties are done through the manufacture direct. We tried to help her but she just wanted the other cleaner she use to have instead of this model. We do not take back any pool cleaners that are used as we cant sell them as new. Hayward tried to help and she refused all service to have the cleaner looked at. She has disputed the payment so now she has the cleaner and the caddy cart and does not want to pay for it.

I am rejecting this response because:

this is not true hayward does not have a great tech department and they don't respond to your calls..I called numerous times and a guy named James answered tht department and didn't know anything about anything and was rude to go with it. so don't come on here and tell people they have a great tech department because there is no truth to this...all anyone has to do is call for thierselves and they will find out,,you just cant call and talk to one...they supposedly take your number and say they will have someone call you...in my case they said someone would call me in FOUR DAYS...which never evn happened and they haven't called as of yet

Review: Purchased a polaris 360 pool vacuum.Upon receipt vacuum found to be defective. Was referred to a third party(manufacturer).was given tech support by them who concluded machine defective. At this time was advised to contact pool supply 4 less.Spoke to a rep named Garrett, asked for exchange or refund as I had a sales contract with their company and not directly with Zodiak.I am asking for a refund or an exchange.Desired Settlement: Either replace or refund

Review: The Jandy Aquapure flow sensor purchased is not new as advertised. The sensor surface was completely scratched out of the box; clearly not new and someone's poor attempt to clean the sensors. These heavy scar marks render sensors non-functional. The unit is now not providing accurate salt concentration. Owner has not responded to my inquiry. Photo of unit out of box available.Desired Settlement: The unit is not new. It should be replaced with new unit. Company has no shame and should be reprimanded.
