I am rejecting this response because: I also told the comprep that I did not want a new linner as it would be weeks to get it.I Told the rep that I would just like a refund and he said ok.To date I have not got any return slip . At no time did the compsay I could not get a refund

I am rejecting this response because:  That company did not inform me that they were sending me a new product until they received my complaint from you (Revdex.com) and I disputed my payment at my bank.  They did not even know that I never received my product (according to them).  A gentleman called me at the end of last week and told me that I would receive my product this past Monday.  That still was not true.  They shipped the wrong product to me on the first part of the order and I still do not have the correct number of sponge pieces for my pool cleaner.  This company is trying to scam people!  What they are doing to me is not right!  I contacted you because I did not get the products I ordered and got no response from them.  They started their resolution ONLY after I started my dispute.

I am rejecting this response because: I have been refunded but it took too much stress and I was not immediately notified. I tried to contacted the business several times and left my phone number with 2 different people and never receive a call. Customer service from your managers is terrible and this makes people angry a simple email or call would do wonders. I do not need an further action but I do not appreciate the lie.

I am rejecting this response because:They have changed their reason from I should have read the bucket to my ph was too high to I didnt put the tablets in a chlorinator to I didnt use the tablets in a floater to now that I used too many or too nuch. It has been every lame excuse except the bottom line is that my liner is destroyed caused by their chemicals. If I used too much or too many the entire liner should be faded white not just places and streaks and spots. The tablets they sold me were to soft and powdery and strong to the point you needed something covering your face just to use them. They seemed to have chunked off as they went into the water instead of disoving slowly over time. These tablets disolved in a day as opposed to 3 days like the other tablets we had bought in the past yet they never tested that the chlorine was up to the level it wad suppose to be. It always tested low. Also do the math. I still have half a buket of pills maybe more and I started using them the later part of June and closed my pool in October.How many tablets would that be ? By my caculations I should have very few. They did not reach out to me to give a discounted price on any liner or even reimburse me for the tablets until I just now heard it in this email. In other words I have heard nothing about liner discount and not once reimbursement for the tablets which are very hazardous. So I am rejecting their offer because as I have stated they owe me for the liner that their dangerous tablets destryed and for the cost of these horrible tablets. They should be happy that is all I’m asking for because I still have to figure out how to drain my pool this Spring without destroying my landscape with the chlorine and also the cost of fixing my husbands anniversary ring that the tablets damaged and his wedding ring that the tablets turned copper. I am getting those fixed on my own. I only want them to do the right think and pay the entire cost for a new liner and reimburse me for the horrible tablets. That is all. No discounts.

The customer contacted us on the 10/16/17 stating that the pump does not work. We had to contact them 4 times to get photos of the product in order to assist with a return. We finally got them on 10/23/17.  We emailed them a return label on 10/24/17. We have a 30 day return policy. The...

item was not returned to us until 01/08/18. The warranty is through the manufacturer [redacted]. The customer states that they talked to the manufacturer and they deemed it defective. At this time the manufacturer should have replaced anything that would not have been operable. Parts, the entire unit. etc The customer returned this to us outside of our return policy timeframe, and it was returned used. The item is rusty photos are attached. Due to the time frame and the state of the product, the item has been returned to the customer. The customer has this item in their possession and therefore will not be getting a refund.

I am rejecting this response because: We received a solar heater on Friday (7/17) (was PROMISED we would have it by Wednesday 7/15) . My husband went to install it yesterday (7/19) and THERE WAS NO HARDWARE INCLUDED! How are we supposed to use this unit without any HARDWARE!!! We are tired of the run around from the manufacturer. It is quite apparent that there are incompetent people both with Pool Supply World and their vendors!We would like a refund. WE WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH POOL SUPPLY WORLD EVER AGAIN!
