Have been waiting for 2 weeks just to get shipping info and NOTHING!!!! Don’t waste your time with this company if you want to get your pool going before summer is over!!!!
I ordered an above ground pool from this company.. The website said (and still says) Ships Fast, it also says that the item is in stock. Neither are the case. After waiting over a week, I contacted the company (which took over an hour), for them to tell me that my pool will not ship for a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks. When I inquired further The rep told me they don’t have the items but they have them shipped from a vendor. False advertising all around. I can understand a little delay due to our current environment, but having incorrect or misleading information on their site is unacceptable. Additionally their customer service did nothing to ease the issue and just had a bunch of blanket excuses..
I ordered a pool and April 30, 2020. Today may 8,2020 they emailed me to cancel. They withdrew the money from my account and said it could take up to 5-7 business days for it be refunded. Which means the likelihood I will find a pool in time for summer is low.
Poor customer service. Failed to ship product after purchase. Once contacted they couldn't find my pool or provide me with a tracking number or status.
Buyers Beware! Horrible communication and service! Received the wrong size pump twice! Go somewhere else!
I’ve ordered from them several times in the past and have not had an issue. Competitive prices which is why I went back to them. I ordered from them again this year and was charged and never received the item. I’ve emailed several times, waited on hold for over an hour in their chat area. I’ve called and get disconnected each time. I would have given 1 star if I had not had the successful orders in the past. However, I will never order from them again.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!!! I ordered a sand filter (item 42143) on 4-9-20. Never got an update on the order status. Called on 4-20-20 to see what the status of my order was. They said they would check on it at the warehouse and email me within 72 business hours. So after almost 2 more weeks still did not receive an update on my order. Called customer service again on 5-5-20 to cancel the order. Who waits 72 business hours to respond to an email? That is 9 business days! Do not order anything from this company if expect to get it in a timely manner. If you do order something and have to speak with customer service better have your phone battery charged up because you will be on hold quite awhile. Only give one star because there was not an option for -1.
I made a purchase April 24th for a sand pool filter April 25th they charged my credit card I received tracking information with zero information on it at all I called four days later waited two and a half hours to speak to somebody and when someone get on the phone they told me I had to wait 72 hours they had to check with their warehouse it is now two days later and I have still not heard a word
After two orders from this company, I won't go back. They offer discounts in their description of the items that don't exist, Rebates that they don't offer, and their return policy is almost worthless. If you return an item it is subject to a 15% restocking fee and a $15 shipping fee. If it has been opened the restocking fee may rise to 25%. Makes *** look pretty good, even if they are a little more expensive.
Pool chair and table in picture advertised. I bought two (only wanting the chairs). When it arrived, only 2 tables were sent. I immediately called and they sent an email indicating to place everything (photos and details about return) "above" a particular line on the email. Their request is not possible, at least with hotmail. I immediately identified to them I did not want this product. Now, they state it is passed the return date. Product never opened from shipment. Terrible company, terrible service, ripp off! Do not use!!
They deserve a 0 rating. After waiting weeks for an order they accepted and told me was to be delivered by a certain date, I contacted them 2 days after it was to be delivered. After 3 times I finally got an email that they cancelled my order because the item was not in stock. It took them weeks to figure out!!!
Awefull experience. I did not get the brand name I purchased. Their only explanation was "believe me it is made up of the same chemical". That's like buying a particular brand name purse, say Coach, and a genetic vendor comes and tell you and swears that his purse is made up of the same material as Coach... Likely not. It does not feel good. I feel that they just stick to rear end... Not good experience. I think that we are entitle to get the brand we buy and not come with the reasoning that "believe it is made up of the same stuff" BS.
They do not deliver the brand you purchase.. be careful!!!
If I could give this company a no-star rating, I would. I placed an order with them on July 2. I received a confirmation from them, stating I would receive my order by July 9. After numerous phone calls asking them the status of my order, I was told it was being shipped from one of their warehouses on July 13 and that I would receive another email from them showing tracking info. As of today, July 14, it has not been shipped. I have asked them to cancel my order with a full refund to my credit card, and my request has been ignored. I will keep up my diligence until I either receive my items this week or a cancellation with a full refund. Their customer service department is severely lacking in courtesy and pleasantness, and they seem unwilling to answer my requests for an amicable solution to this problem.
AVOID at all costs. We bought a salt cell for our pool and it failed within a one year period of time. We contacted them after a one hours hold time and were told send pictures and we would be contacted within 24-48 hours. It’s been a week and we have heard nothing. We tried calling again and were ninth in line for another 1 hours hold time. We left a message for them to call us since we are not going to wait on hold again. Horrible.
Bought a pool sweep in winter. A relative ordered the same one at the same time. Didn’t open it until this spring. We have fought this thing continually for tying itself in knots within a few hours. Visited my relative Memorial Day. She put her new sweeper on and I now know I have the wrong hose for my unit. They told me can’t help you. It’s been more than 30 days. How could I know the hose was the wrong one until I saw hers?
Ordered a Hayward pool heater from them. When I checked out it stated it would be to my door 8 days later as it was coming freight from California to Ohio. The freight company had it to me in just 4 days. Everything was in great shape and as expected. Would purchase from again. Keep in mind when reading negative reviews that most people that are happy don't go to Revdex.com website to leave a good review. :)
TERRIBLE customer service and communication. They have no interest in helping customers out or fixing an issue. I was told I will receive a call from a supervisor "soon", but nothing for 8+ hours (I'm still waiting). I will NEVER use them again; there are so many options out there, chances are ANY choice is better than them!
I ordered a 300 dollar pump. A week later and it's still sitting in their warehouse. Crystal from customer service said everyone was at lunch, the warehouse, her supervisor, everyone in the entire company apparently went to lunch at the same time. They took the money immediately and still haven't shipped the product a week later and then got snippy with me when I inquired about it. DO NOT ORDER anything from this company. Calling CC company today to return money.
AVOID - ships broken/damaged products and customer service that while friendly didn’t resolve my problem as committed.
PSW shipped me a broken pool light fixture. I was closing on my house the following day, so the pool repair guy offered to sell me a new bulb $30 and then $65 for service to take apart the new fixture from PoolSupplyWorld (PSW) and reinstall a new bulb. Given that I was closing the following day, I had no choice to pay it. So I called PSW and simply asked for $95 credit to cover the out of pocket cost on the BRAND NEW broken fixture that PSW shipped me. After submitting both a video and pics, PSW came back with an offer of $40. Poor decision, as now I won’t buying anything from them again and tell everyone I know about my poor experience.
READ the FINE PRINT. 30 day return policy, $15.00 return shipping and a 15% Restocking Fee. I ordered an item that had two types of electrical plugs. I did not know that. Their website nor the Sales Agent asked which plug I needed. I received the wrong type plug and it would not fit my spa. They could not provide me the item with the correct plug. They would not acknowledge they were at fault or even meet me half way and split the return cost. So I paid them a total of $27.00 and have no merchandise. WHAT RIP OFF!
