Review: We were billed for pool cleaning services for the month of February; however we have confirmed no actual service was completed by Pool Techniques in the month of February. We first confirmed this information with a different pool service company who tested the chemicals for us. Then we confirmed this information to be true with the owner of Pool Techniques via a telephone conversation on 2/19/2014, when we requested for our services to be permanently cancelled due to poor quality of work and unprofessionalism. We were unable to request a refund during this said conversation because the owner of Pool Techniques would not stop using profanity towards us. At this time, we are seeking reimbursement in the amount of $85 (the amount we were charged for February services). Pool Techniques blames miscommunication for the unprovided service, but the bottom-line is that we paid for 4 weekly services in the month of February and they were not completed.Desired Settlement: A check in the amount of $85.
