Pool Water Pat, Inc. Reviews (3)

Review: Our 620' well sometimes is low on water in the fall. We have had other pool water companies show up to fill it up. The result is that we have no water issues for months. We used this vendor on 11/14 and just 11 days later, our well water was back to its low level! It appears that we didn't get a full well of water. I called the company and emailed and they have failed to respond.Desired Settlement: Either refund my money or completely fill the well.

Review: I instructed dispatcher to have driver contact me before trying to pull into driveway because hose would have to run from the street. The driver did not contact me but parked on street. Driver was shown the location of pool and best route to run house while being parked on street. Driver remarked that he would not be able to turn into driveway. Driver was shown path from street that would give easiest access to pool. Driver instead pulled into long interior lot driveway. Driver remarked several times he did not want to carry 100ft hose. Upon backing out of driveway the truck cracked the driveway and ran over pavers and landscaping. Several calls to company were referred to owner who never returned calls. Invoice provided by company recorded that driver was supposed to contact prior to delivery. Truck should never have been in driveway and damage occurred because driver was trying to avoid the extra work of using the longer and heavier hose.Desired Settlement: I would like a call from the owner explaining why I have not received a call back. I fixed the damage at a cost of $25 and an hour of my time. Business has lost customers as a result of my experience and lack of customer service.

Review: The water was delivered to my home, as the company promised between 1:30 and 3:00 PM. I was at work. It appears the person delivering the water either ignored or simply didn't take notice that the water was linking out of the filtration system. By the time I got home, most of the water that was deposited had drained. When I called the service lady, she didn't seem to care about the situation. She seemed more concerned what my intentions were when I made the call. In all honesty, I couldn't believe the lack of sensitivity about what happened. It is possible that the driver never saw it leaking. But from what I saw, it's hard for me to believe the driver could not see the water draining as it was getting pumped in.I've used this company for 8 years and this was the first time someone didn't deliver it and insure the water stayed in the pool. The only recourse I seem to have is to write this note and never use this family owned business again. Thanks for listening.

Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Replacement

First, I would like them to care about what happen as much as I care. Second, I still need water. Should I pay again? I'm open to sharing the expense, but based on the call I made its highly unlikely they will see this as important as I see it.

Consumer Response /* (-5, 6, 2013/06/08) */

The owner of Pool Water Pat called me back on 6/8/13 to offer to add water back into the pool. It was a good gesture on his behalf. Thanks. [redacted]
