Poole and Associates Vacation Rentals by Owner

Poole & Associates - seem to be nice, but lied and not dependable. Said the unit had a great view (the view was of a private pier with bright lights all night). They stated the condo was "one of the best they had", which I know to be a lie and "promised" it was nice. Then they tacked on an additional $305.18 - 6 fees, (for only four nights) ON TOP of $716 for rent. When the first part of their information you receive (AFTER you book the unit) says (in bold and underlined) "Absolutely NO refunds are given for complaints at check-out" - red flag!! DON'T USE POOLE & ASSOCIATES.
