I had a terrible experience with this business. They tell you to sign a contract without explaining to you the cancellation or options for putting it on hold and how it all works. When I asked couch Jon during the contract signing he assured me its a standard contract and should be not problem if I need to put the membership on hold, they will work with me and not to worry. Signing that contract was a big mistake. Should have never signed without reading and asking all the right questions. My dad passed away and I contacted the billing company they use to explain to them that I won't be attending for the remainder of my contract which was 3 month. They gave me a runaround offering to buy out the contract but I explained that I need a couple of month break and will be back to train after, so I did not want to terminate the contract. I was under the impression everything was fine and they put my membership on hold just like I was promised in the begging. After a year I get a collection notice from a lawyer saying I owe a bunch of money to them plus lawyer fees. Tried to contact the owner couch Julius of Crazy 88 to resolve this situation but never got a call or email back. Ended up paying $400 for nothing. This place does not care about you as a customer, their main priority is to make money first regardless of customer situation.

If you are looking for the place that will make you whether to be in great shape or seriously thinking about competing, this is the place for you. Crazy 88 Mixed Martial Arts is the great facility with amazing coaches that will guide you through your learning. I have been member of Crazy 88 Mixed Martial Arts for about year and half and from the beginning till present, I always felt welcomed by everyone. I asked every detailed questions about signing and billing process and the sales person was able to answer me very clearly as well. Choosing this school was one of the greatest decision I made and I plan to keep training here. Definitely recommend all of my good neighbors about this place.

The instructors push each individual to become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally. Lots of MMA gyms are all guys which can be intiimidating for a woman but all of the guys here are very respectful and make excellent training partners. Google Crazy 88 and you'll find that Crazy 88 is the best jiu jitsu competition team in Baltimore. What it won't necessarily tell you is that Julius, Coach Tye, and all the other instructors are amazing teachers as well. In my years of training BJJ I haven't come across any instructors who have the same depth of details and knowledge as the coaching team here.

When you combine the level of instruction with a group of awesome students it's hard to imagine a better place to train.

I have been training at Crazy 88 Mixed Martial Arts since 9/15. Over the almost year now I have experienced the gym evolving constantly. They put a lot of work into the quality of the gym and are always improving. As a student I have developed lasting friendships and bonds with my peers and have never been more motivated to be healthy. Typical gyms do not create an atmosphere that keeps someone coming everyday. The work outs are always great and the technique I have picked up can easily be applied into real world situations. I love this gym and highly recommend a visit out.

Told me they had a buyer for my timeshare. Once I sent them 772.38 we would close within the next month. That was in October. No communication sinceI have emails stating that the closing would happen soon. All of a sudden there has been no communication. I have sent them 772.38 for my timeshare for buyer referral fee. I have spoken to [redacted] and he stopped taking my phone calls and answering my emails. I want my money back for what I laid out. This business is a fraud and should be shut down. Desired SettlementI am seeking 772.38 for my check I sent them plus the late charges I was charged from my timeshare for no payments they told me not to pay while this was being bought. I also want the money they promised me I would receive from the sale of my timeshare in the amount of 33,700.

The contract stated this would be done in a timely manner (45 to 60) days and know it's been almost 3 months. Also nobody will return any of my phon. I entered into contract with Poole special risk financial on 9/15/14. For selling my timeshare. And in the contract it states it will be done in a timely manner and still isn't finished. And for almost 2 weeks no one returns my phone calls or emails. Nobody answers the phone. And also the title company that's handling the owner changes cannot be contacted and doesn't return any of my phone calls. Why is no one returning my phone calls. This lack of customer service is terrible.Desired SettlementI would like the company to follow through on the contract. Or pay me 718.28 for getting this process started

This company claimed it had a buyer for property we owned in CA. Money was sent, then correspondence stopped and no transaction was completed.Poole Financial is deliberately scamming people by phone contact promising to facilitate a sell of a timeshare. They provide a buyer referred to them by a second company, D[redacted].. We paid $743.05 to [redacted] on 7/1/14 for said referral. Poole was to provide the buyer, contact the California timeshare, get access to the title and complete the sale. Poole's Service Specialist [redacted] promised that the sale was to be completed by 7/31/14. Our last correspondence with [redacted] at Poole was 9/3/14 stating that all was going well and titling would be in touch soon to finalize.When correspondence stopped, we contacted our timeshare location and was told that there had been no inquiries at all regarding our property or any upcoming sale of it. I am concerned that Poole Special Risk Financial is continuing its practice of scamming folks and I would like it to STOP!! We have also attempted to contact [redacted], but of course, no response.We have copies of emails and agreements and could fax them to Revdex.com if needed.I am not even positive that this company exists at the given location of [redacted]. We live in Houston, TX. and are very limited in our ability to determine the existence of this company. Depending on what Revdex.com finds out, I would like to report this company to the NC Attorney General's Office as well.Desired SettlementUltimately, we would like for this company to be exposed for it's fraudulent business practices. If a refund is achieved all the better, but I want [redacted] and Poole Special Risk Financial to be recognized for what it is...engaging in theft.
