After going through the phone conversations held by MrS [redacted] and our Pureflow representatives, I am confident we did our job to the highest standardThe complaint at hand Is Guarantee Or Warranty IssuesMrS [redacted] in his complaint first wrote he bought our AirDog fuel system and then two sentences later said he bought a truck with it on thereBy buying a used truck with our product on there voids any warranty for that product as the product has now switched ownersThis is clearly stated in our manuals when you buy the system from our dealersWe have these available if you would Tike to see, they are also available on our websiteWe have all phone conversations with our technical department on recordThe plant manager and I went back and listen to the (2) on 5/20/and (1) on 6/2/The first call on 5/was MrS [redacted] stating the system on his truck had failed, our tech with great professionalism asked for the serial number, which MrS [redacted] did not haveHe said he would call back with itHe did call back with it but did not provide that information, he only asked how much a replacement motor assembly is if the pump is not under warranty any longer (due to different owners), our tech answered with $and that was the end of the phone callMrS [redacted] then waited days to call back again and ask for his pump to be warrantied (6/2/2015)The serial number provided was not registered, meaning the previous owner did not turn the warranty card in within days of purchasing the systemThe tech then asked where he bought the system and MrS [redacted] replied with, "I don't remember."
