To Whom it may concern, We provided enough services for him and there is no dispute monetize value hereAccording to our history, his pants were fixed for both pocket side torn in December and charged $He came back with the same pants on February 2nd and complaint that the side we fixed opened againHe wanted to be fixed the part for free, and we acceptedHowever, there were other problems with that pants ( Another torn in the front which did not exist when I fixed the first timeThat might occur because the fabric had aged), so as an experienced seamstress, I thought I should explain the condition of that pants, and I waited for the customer to comeI haven’t met him for two weeks, so I called him on February 16thIn the phone, I tried to explain but he was unreasonably upsetThere was no chance to say any of them I wanted him to know about the pants [redacted] yelled and threatened that he will report us and sue usI heard that he was upset even the last time when he dropped that pantsNext morning, he wrote a bad review on the cleaners’ [redacted] with his fake account and came for pick up right after we opened the cleanersI wanted to solve the conflict between him and us as an owner of the businessHowever, he refused and passed over the counter areaHe pushed me and grabbed his pantsI called the police and reported him about physically attacking me right after he ranOf cause, there was no charge for the second serviceI still do not understand himIn addition, he kept uploading bad reviews on our [redacted] page even after he was barred to come to the cleaners (about 3days ago that disappeared, I do not know why)He also disputed credit card charges which had nothing with the pantsI had to prove that was a charge for his cleaningHe filed a complaint to the county consumer protection and now I am responding to this claim againThis is too much for usThis is just a small retail store, but we are doing our best to serve to our customers no matter how much we earn from hereHe claims over the amount of $now (I do not know why $15)He is harassing us and it should stopHe is not only hurting my business but also killing my drive to run a businessI am adding some records related his pantsHe paid for fixing once in December, and we fixed again in February without chargeThere is no dispute, thank you for taking time to readBest, Poolesville Town Cleaners Sung K**
